'Most things okay, but as is too often the case, the secure cycle storage requested and confirmed in the booking stage didn't exist! Really not happy leaving an irreplaceable bespoke bicycle in the cleaner's room!'

We were told half the meals on the menu were not available, plus the draught beer was also not available. I ordered fish and chips, which when arrived the fish was hard as a rock and definitely not fresh. They got me another one but that too wasn’t very good either. 'Best breakfast we've had in a long time, poached eggs were perfection. Lots of other lovely touches that made it really outstanding - yoghurt pots, lots of pastries, pear juice as an option, brownies and flapjacks, fresh fruit salad. Simply divine. Our room had everything we needed and more. We walked down to the beach for a swim before breakfast, so lovely. Book now!'
