« Emplacement approximatif sur le descriptif, car cet hôtel se trouve à 13km de Munnar. Hôtel mal entretenue, inconfortable et personnel décevant. Lors de notre arrivée, aucune fiche hôtel n'a été remplie, et pas de demande de passeport. Personnel incompétent et petit déjeuner décevant. »
