'First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. The noise at the back side is substantial. The inside off the room is bit tired and need a fresh up. The breakfast was...

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '

'too noisy during the long weekend, I couldn’t get sleep till 3am. I will not choose this place again in any holiday. Maybe it is not that bad in regular working days. Staff is always responsive and willing to help. There is no refrigerator in the room, I was told mini bat in the room is just a cooler and I can store food in restaurant refrigerator downstairs. It is not very convenient although it is working for me.'

'The hotel is located to several amenities. There's a Tim Horton's a few steps away. A grocery store is right across the street. There are many restaurants close by. Many attractions such as Parliament Hill, Royal Canadian Mint, Bank of Canada Museum and Byward Market are within walking distance. We had no problems with our room being cleaned daily.'
