'It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.'

'GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby.'

'I had a very good stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Customer service really stood out, and the room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The only issue was a constant humming or buzzing noise in the room that made it a little difficult to sleep. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable, especially at night. Aside from that, everything else was great. If the noise issue is addressed, this would easily be a 5-star stay....

Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'This was our 2nd stay at Graduate by Hilton. Very comfortable hotel. Convenient, safe parking (on site). Will stay there again next visit to Cincinnati.'

'The room was okay. There were a couple of things I didn't like for example, an old sock left, stains on couch, a stench, and bathroom light switches were very dirty. When I checked in, the women staff were very nice and welcoming. The bar was boring (didn't like the atmosphere) and the gym lacked equipment. Check out day, the cleaning lady knocked on my door at least 5 times that morning. I eventually checked out an hour early. '
