'the room was fine especially for the price. the guy who checked us in was horrible. I stood at the desk for a while waiting for him to acknowledge me and he never did. I finally had to ask him if he was the one who could check me in. it was very late just after midnight when we arrived. but he was not welcoming at all. We had to ask for more coffee on several occasions, and it took them at least half an hour to bring more coffee. But overall, our stay was nice. I would stay here again. '

'The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in and were given a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, and the floors were nasty. The hallways smelled like weed every day and didn’t appear to be cleaned either. The facility itself is very outdated and poorly maintained, nothing like what is shown in the pictures online. 'Front desk associate on Monday morning is a complete fail. Don’t stay there if you need an hour late check out. I have arranged 12pm checkout 3 separate times as I have 11am conference call and travel to Manchester for business. I have been told no issues for the hour late check out. While on my conference call front desk has called the in room phone telling me check out is at 11 am and they are charging me additional fees. I have had to put my conference call on hold and deal with front desk...

'Welcoming Staff was great, unfortunately, two separate staff members indicated smoking on the balcony was permitted. We found out it was not when the Sunday morning desk clerk, Jasmine, kicked us out of the hotel, and the manager avoided speaking with us for hours. his only concern was charging the $250 and kicking us out. Cleanliness was ok except for all the marijuana smoke odor throughout the hotel and most disturbing coming from the room next door to us. when we complained about it, twice...

'Wonderful hotel! I have stayed at several in this area (visiting family nearby) and this particular Hampton Inn has always been my favorite. The staff is fantastic and always very courteous & helpful. The breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate service is wonderful and everything is always kept clean and neat. Great options for breakfast and the rooms are clean and spacious. I will no longer stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. Pool/jacuzzi area is also a huge plus!! '
