'Surprisingly average - with a few serious "low-lights". I sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting for a server to take a breakfast order yesterday. No water, no coffee, just waiting, while they walked around me. I had the worst pizza EVER at the bar - had to send it back. It was a mess of sodium and grease, no resemblance to pizza. The Peloton bike (main reason I stay in most hotels) wasn't either activated, nor connected to the internet - so wouldn't work. I won't be back.'

'Great breakfast super clean rooms '

'Our biggest issues were communication and there was a power shut off plan that we did not know about which affected us on a Saturday morning while we were trying to get ready to go out for the day. Also their internet went out for majority of a day. We had asked for towels and it took half a day or more to get it. Communication at times is very good but other times their app there was not good communication. It is a beautiful hotel and residence. Amenities appear to be superb. Staff does try....
