'Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.'

'Elevators did not work during our stay. Taking the stairs to the 4th floor then Carrying the luggage the next day down stairs was not enjoyable or easy. Our king suite room toilet handle broke. We had to take the lid off to flush the toilet every time. The bathroom faucet was loose and leaking. '

'The individuals at the front desk were polite and friendly. But housekeeping was unprofessional. We noticed a bloodlike stain on a pillowcase. We took the pillow off the bed, contacted housekeeping stating the problem they said they would be right up,but they never showed up. We called down to the front desk and the person who answered said that she has been trying to contact housekeeping for an hour but to no avail…Unacceptable. Long story short, I had to physically go downstairs to get fresh...
