'parking was fantastic. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. #5 is on the second floor. Nice view of the lift bridge and a nice view of Lake Superior from the small balcony. We did take a sauna.'

'Staff were very nice and welcoming, gave great recommendations for the area. Facility was clean inside and beds were very comfortable. Temperature inside was warm and rather humid despite the AC. Parking is very difficult if you do not reserve a space for $10+ per night, the area does not allow street parking overnight. Neighborhood is pretty rough. A few guests came into the dorm late into the night (2-4am) dropping cans of beer and making a fair bit of noise but other than that very quiet....

'Our room had water damage, the AC didn’t work and the cabinets were broken.. when I brought it up to the front desk they didn’t even offer to give us a new room or to discount our price, very disappointed as this used to be our favorite place to stay in Duluth. Now will be staying elsewhere.'

'Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets.'
