« Nice place to recover during a business trip. Rooms are nice and confortable. Good choice of beer and food in the pub below. Very good breakfast! »

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been...

« Ok for 1 night, a bit noisy with the road next to the hotel Breakfast time too late (7:30) and too long (30mins) to get served. »

« Staff were lovely and the food was great only down side was the room our bed seemed broken and dipped on one side so I woke up with a sore back. but other than that it was a lovely stay and I would stay again but I would go to a different room. »

« Only had a very quick stay but impressed with the pub, diner and the room we had, in terms of what it was and cleanliness. Bit expensive though. Staff very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. We’d happily stay there again if we can get a deal. Only thing is pub car park is extremely limited and has half a dozen spaces. However, there is plenty of public spaces around - just need to watch timings but overnight parking seems to be ok. »
