The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. 'Great Hotel in a really good location. Close to shops, restaurants and the CBD. The rooms are generous and very clean. Fantastic modern bathroom, dual shower heads, beautiful fluffy towels and super strong water pressure. Perfect darkness when the blinds were drawn and it's very quiet. Pillows are a bit 'funky' so when you are asked whether you want a standard pillow say yes to be on the safe side. Complimentary water on the bedside table was a nice touch. Not particularly expensive when...

This was our second time staying and the room we had on the 4th floor was not great for sleeping in - unfortunately the surrounding venues/hotels had music playing until 3.30am that could be heard in our room (next time ear plugs are a must being a light sleeper). Also disappointingly the pool heater was not as good as last year - it felt cool to touch whereas last year it was warm.. just the little extras that make a hotel excellent.'
