'Bij aankomst werden wij geïnformeerd dat er gerenoveerd werd in het hotel. Hebben twee dagen behoorlijk geluidshinder ondervonden. Daarnaast was het ontbijt niet ronduit slecht! Douche was matig. Keuken lagen nog etensresten en dus niet schoon. Kortom niet Hilton waardig!'

'Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. '

'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'The room was clean, which we appreciated. However, we did have some issues with the lighting, and the TV didn’t work on the first night. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was not great. They often seemed to be in a bad mood and were not very welcoming. When we asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants or places to visit, they were not helpful and came across as rude and somewhat condescending. I believe front desk staff should be friendly and able to guide guests...

'Geweldig hotel met volledige studio (slaapkamer, toilet, badkamer, keuken en zithoek) tot onze beschikking gehad. Netjes en schoon. Iedere dag housekeeping. Hotel ligt zeer centraal aan de strip en is goed bereikbaar - ook voor taxi vervoer. Hotel heeft mooi zwembad met gratis ligbedden, een eenvoudige spa en fitnessruimte. Kortom: alle ingrediënten voor een heerlijk verblijf in Las Vegas'

'Vreselijk duur en de kamers worden weinig schoon gemaakt. In 8 dagen tijd 3 keer waarvan de laatste keer wij erom moesten vragen'

'In general, we had an adequate stay. The cleaning staff were great, and the bedroom and bathroom amenities were fine. The key point for me was that it was advertised as having a 'kitchen', but there was no stove. I had counted on being able to cook (for a child with major dietary constraints). In the end we were reduced to microwaveable food, which was not what I was planning for. There were plates, dishes and utensils, and a medium sized fridge, all of which were appreciated. '
