Deva Dome - geodesic, Atlantic forest and waterfall

Here at Domo Deva you will be welcomed by our ancient wise lady more than 100 years old, native from the Atlantic Forest – a Guararema tree, over 20 meters high. During your stay she will be the guardian of this amazing experience.

The space
Geodesic Domes are a perfect structure from nature. The Dome is a spherical organ built based on sacred geometry, therefore it attracts a cosmic field of pure love. Here universal love can flow and low vibration is not allowed in! You have just reached the home of the divine.

Look around.
Be silent for some minutes! Here you will understand more about time. Here time is enough for everything. Time for yourself!

Can you hear this sound?
It is music coming from the river down there. I will invite you also to watch a beautiful dance of the fireflies and contemplate the beauty of the starry sky. Come, do get closer! 40 meters of riverside, with private access through the 15 minutes trail inside the property.

Domo Deva is right in the middle of the forest, 15 minutes from Paraty, this beautiful town in Rio de Janeiro state – reference in Culture and Biodiversity, Patrimony of Humanity! Here we neighbour the ecosystem with the bigger biodiversity of the planet, the Bocaina National Park. It is really an incredible place!

You will enjoy all the comfort that allows you to be totally integrated with nature. Besides the functionality of the architecture, optical fibber internet, excellent lighting and natural acoustics, the Dome’s geometry provides constant air and energy renewal on the ambient. You will feel all that without needing to get out of bed! The kitchen is compact and fully equipped for you to prepare your meals with ease.

Take the chance to get to know Paraty, a city that will present you many cultures. Through architecture, gastronomy, art crafts and so many other venues you will learn a little of the quilombola, indigenous and caiçara fishing culture in the area.
Guest access
For those who prefer not to drive there is easy access to public transport! There is a bus stop right in front of our gate which leads you to the historical centre of Paraty.
If you are coming by car, there is parking space inside the property.
Other things to note
At the Dome you will be 100% at ease. We dispose of self-check in so that you are free to arrive and leave at a suitable time for you. And we will stay in touch via whattsapp for any doubts or suggestions!
Domo Deva offers a great experience, even when it rains, which happens often in this area of the Brazilian coast. Electrical power may suffer oscillations with the weather – and maybe that means the Universe is trying to tell you something? Open up to listen! In this area we do not have telephone signal, but we do have hi speed internet connection and wifi. In any case, attention is important. In rainy days the path to the river may become slippery. We recommend boots to enter the forest in that case. And it is always helpful to use mosquito repellent.
