This large country house with private pool is conveniently located near the village of Paradou in Provence. On the first floor there is an entrance with WC and a laundry room. An open plan living area includes a kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there is also a master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sinks and WC. On the upper level there are four bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower rooms or a shared bathroom. Outside there is a terrace shaded by wisteria with a table and 12 chairs, while a further covered terrace has garden furniture for 8 people. There is also a separate covered terrace with table soccer and darts as well as a bowling alley. Access to the fenced pool is secured by two gates and there are 6 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs by the pool. The stores of Paradou are about 350 m from the house. There is a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a bicycle rental/sale, a market on Tuesday mornings and a seasonal market on Friday evenings. The village festival Paradou takes place on the first weekend in September with bullfighting, ball and giant paella.
