« #2 is right on the beach! A large 2 story unit painted in gaudy colours but a very adequate place. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoo were provided. Fully stocked kitchen, except for spices. Internet and tv. An enjoyable stay! »

« We had a great time staying at this condo and would highly recommend. The location is perfect -- direct beach access. It was only a 10 mins walk to Atlantis/restaurants. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie board were nice to have. Just note that you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs since it is on the 3rd floor. And the water pressure was very low when we stayed there but the management said they're working on it. « The unit was really nicely laid out with the 2 bedrooms/washrooms spread out for privacy. Great having a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sectional sofa in the living room. The Paradise Island Beach Club was a bit dated but lovely none the less. Excellent location with all units having access to a deck overlooking the beach by one pool, the gorgeous beach or a second quieter pool. The folks working there were all lovely and accommodating. »

« We came to the Bahamas for a family wedding. Sunrise Villa was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed. All the people we meet were very friendly, informative and polite. It was next to the pool and a little walk down to the beach. The restaurant Viola's prices were very reasonable, but their service was a little slow. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend them, and stay there again. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. »

« - Beautiful Home and fabulous foliage surrounding the home and pool deck, well maintained inside and out. Pool was delightful, not heated but refreshing due to outside temperature. One of friend had a horrible allergic reaction to some food. « villa conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée, propre, dans une résidence parfaitement bien située pour séjourner sur Paradise Island et profiter de sa magnifique plage à moindre coût et beaucoup plus au calme que les complexes hôteliers. La plage qui se trouve juste en face de la résidence est magnifique avec très peu de monde à cet emplacement. La résidence possède 2 belles piscines et un restaurant au personnel chaleureux. Certains aspects de la résidence auraient besoin de rafraichissement...

« The property is spacious and clean. The location is great. You can walk everywhere in Paradise Island. Cabbage Beach is gorgeous and a short and easy walk from this apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and affordable place to stay on PI, this is it! »

« The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...
