The apartment is a lovely, spacious and beautifully furnished, ground floor, with a heated private pool 8x4mt
It has a front garden, spacious patios making it perfect for families or group of friends. it is located in Theseus Village 5 minutes walk from the main square of the luxurious Aphrodite's Hills resort, offering the best golf course of the island. Perfect for 6, great seaview from the garden, from the private pool and from the relax deck area.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, good sized bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. A free cot and high chair are also available on request.The property is well equipped with free Wi-Fi, IPTV with UK channels and unlimited movies (and international channel options), dishwasher, outdoor dining table, all which combine to make for a very pleasant and relaxing stay for guests. Each guest will be provided with complimentary bath towels and additional swimming pool towels. Large front garden and big powerful gas barbecue complete the luxury atmosphere of the house. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and espresso coffee machine. Moreover, every room has air conditioning and heating.
The garden has a huge barbecue area ideal for 6 people. The fully tiled private swimming pool is heated in the months of March, April, May and June, September, October and November and the heating cost is included in the price of the stay. During the months of July - August, December - February the heating is available only on request. The Jacuzzi area and the water cannon area complete the full enjoyment of the pool.
The guests will have access to the private pool, to the private garden, and to the 2 pool of the Theseus Village
Reserved private parking space. You can access all the restaurants in the resort (not in the hotel)and the children playground. Other amenities in the restort include a nearby spa with saunas and a gym, which offers a wide range of activities. Moreover, the resort features a PGA golf course, tennis courts and a horse-riding club. The apartment is approximately 300m away from the main village square.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a local person who will show you the apartment and all the accessories.

The property was lovely and exactly like the description and pictures. The apartment had three double bedrooms and a pool with a fantastic view over secret valley golf course with the airport in the distance. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed.

Family holiday

We loved Luca's place. It was furnished to a high standard. All the kit needed in the kitchen. BBQ was great and lots of outdoor spaces and seating areas. The pool was beautifully warm (always above 30 degrees) and well maintained. It also has a gate you can close off to keep it safe which is great with young kids. The view from the pool is amazing with lovely sunsets over the sea. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a proper meal. And the nespresso was very welcome for a tired mum or 4 boys! The supermarket onsite is well stocked and the bakery delicious although both pricey. There are plenty of cheaper supermarkets within a few mins drive though too. The spa at the hotel is wonderful and there are various restaurants if you fancy eating out. The complex pool was lovely but a bit chilly in April.

It’s just great.

Accommodation is excellent. Clean. Modern. All works. Loads of kit (plates, cutlery, pans etc). BBQ area is fantastic. Views are lovely. Pool is great although obviously a little cool in late October. Restaurants on site are easily walkable (rather expensive) as is the supermarket. A really nice development. All very maintained. Highly recommend.

Another amazing stay

This is the 4th of staying in one of Lucas apartments and as with all the other years it certainly didn’t disappoint. This apartment has had an amazing upgrade with the addition of the BBQ area which we enjoyed on several occasions. The apartment is nicely decorated and very tidy with friendly cleaners coming in half way through our stay, it feels like a home from home. Having our own pool was great especially for the kids, again this was very clean and well maintained. All communications with Luca and his wife both prior to arriving and arriving was fantastic and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate staying with Luca for a 5th year, in fact as with every other year we have already booked for next year before we had already left.

Amazing stay!

Staying one week in this property has been simply amazing! The house is spacious, modern and well equipped. The garden is also well equipped with a big area for the barbecue so to enjoy fun nights at the house. The pool is an extra that made the stay even better. Highly recommended!!

The house was amazing. Spacious, clean and provided with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven) which made our stay feeling like home. The pool had amazing view on the sunset and the nature. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I would strongly recommend it for a stay in Cyprus.

Wonderful holiday fantastic pool facing the sea

We have been so happy to stay at Luca's house, I would say Villa, with enjoyable private pool facing the sunset and the sea. nice private garden with huge Gas barbecue, several patios with big and small tables, nice big round table near the barbecue. Also have repaired areas in case of wind and several shaded zones. The pool area can be closed by a gate for the young children safety. The inside of the house is spacious and modern, new furniture, comfortable big beds, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, great in all the details. Wifi is powerful and fast. the location is good, with a short walk we could arrive at the main square with supermarket and italian, greek, Indian restaurants, we tried all and they are nice, a bit more expensive then outside taverns, but this is understandable. Overall Aphrodite hills is a superb resort and Luca's Villa was our good choice. highly recommended. Thanks Luca for the ice welcome pack with Cypriot white wine! we enjoyed a lot

La casa perfetta per una vacanza a Cipro

Non potevamo trovare di meglio per visitare Cipro. Il villaggio Theseus si trova a pochi chilometri dall'aereoporto, da Pafos e da caratteristici villaggi. La casa offriva una splendida vista mare e di godere romantici tramonti a bordo della piscina privata, mangiare con discrezione sotto un patio o nella nuova zona barbecue in tranquillità. L'abbiamo trovata pulita e internamente ben strutturata con ambi spazi ben disposti, adatta anche per famiglie più numerose è arredata con gusto e funzionalità offre ogni comodità e attrezzatura. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Unforgettable stay in Cyprus

I spent a wonderful holiday with my family at Luca’s house. The house is very well organised and has a perfect location: near the Village Square (i.e. 5 min walking from restaurants, supermarket, etc.) but far from any noise. It is situated in my favourite residence of the Aphrodite hills, the Theseus residence, and I believe it is one of the best accommodations we could find in Aphrodite from any point of view. From its private pool overlooking the valley and the sea, we enjoyed unforgettable Cypriot sunsets. We found Luca's house clean, perfectly equipped and nicely furnished. It even exceeded our expectations because is better than it looks in the pictures. We found all what we need for a perfect family holiday (included the fantastic outdoor barbecue equipment!). We look forward to go back to Luca’s house for a new holiday!
