MAIN LIVING SPACE

The cabin features a spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning stove and a 65-inch TV, perfect for entertainment and relaxation. The living room also includes a couch bed and high-speed internet access.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area, providing a comfortable space for shared meals and gatherings.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Enjoy the serene beauty of Panguitch Lake from your outdoor space! The cabin boasts a spacious backyard with relaxing outdoor chairs and a table, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Fire up the BBQ grill for a delicious meal under the open sky. Two front balconies offer stunning mountain views, providing the perfect backdrop for peaceful mornings or evenings. The large patio is a stargazer’s dream, offering breathtaking views of the night sky, while the fresh mountain air makes for a truly relaxing experience.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed with a walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs): 2 Bunk Beds (full/twin and twin/twin)
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): Queen bed

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1: Tub and shower

Bathroom 3: Tub and shower

4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- No smoking
- No parties
- Keep pets off the furniture
- No unregistered guests (or pets if allowed)
- An additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Guests are responsible for all caused damages
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
- Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood.
- DO NOT CARVE ON TREES!!!!

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:

-The property has two driveways available for guest parking.
-Upper driveway: Fits 2-3 cars. Please note that the incline is a bit steep.
-Lower driveway: Fits 4-5 cars comfortably.
-Do not park on the road due to the incline.
-To improve traction when driving up the road or into the driveway, we recommend putting your car in a lower gear. While 4WD is helpful, it is not required.
