DISCLOSURE: This is an interior unit which means you will access it from within a hallway. The two windows pictured face an exterior breezeway, reducing the amount of natural light within the unit. Guests have the option of ample soft white and daylight lighting to control the lighting within the interior.

Positioned in the heart of pedestrian-focused Seacrest, this studio unit offers the perfect accommodation for 2 looking for a quick getaway. This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from La Cocina, Pizza by the Sea, Wild Olives, Pescado, La Crema, and Forbes 4-Star Havana Beach Bar & Grill inside The Pearl. Deeded beach access and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Village of South Walton.*

The Village Towne Centre features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Village of South Walton.

*Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

I had a wonderful time at the beach staying here. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Love the area! This condo is exactly like it looks, very modern clean and comfortable. It's actually in The Villages at Seacrest Beach and not Rosemary Beach like it says. But it's right next to Rosemary so very close. They have an ice maker which isn't listed in the amenities so that was helpful. Also had a dehumidifier which was a little noisy but worth it to have less humidity. Again very nice place to stay and I'd come back.

Fantastic stay! The room is actually a lot better than we expected. The mattress is so comfortable and absolutely so big! Love that everything is walking distances and having places to eat, drink and shops just downstairs where you don’t need to leave,, and very close walk to the beach and alys beach, one complaint I wish they had a full body mirror. Perfect Beach Vacation!

This unit is all that you need to have a great beach weekend in 30A. Liv Vacations is a 10/10 host with a strong customer service line. We had a few questions during our stay, and always had an answer within minutes! The apartment has all the amenities you need for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. It is also in a phenomenal location in Rosemary, walkable to Sugar Shack, The Pearl, Cowgirl Kitchen, etc... Will be staying with Liv in the future!

Wish it had an outside window

I thought this place was nice, affordable and in a great location. I was caught off guard that the window went into an inside hallway, so there is no sunlight or view out to the outside. Because of this, I would not rent this room again.

Super Cute Studio

I had a quick girls’ trip with my very best friend. Since it was just the 2 of us, we decided on a studio right in the middle of Seacrest/Rosemary. It was amazing! Very clean & cozy. The proximity to restaurants was perfect. We even biked to the Hub. The beach access was a quick bike ride up the road where we locked up our bikes & walked across the street to the entrance in the gated community. It was beautiful. Everything about this quick trip was perfect. Thanks for making our stay so cozy!

This was a very cute and cozy place. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s above shops and restaurants and a short walk to downtown Rosemary and the beach. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful affordable location

We stayed at this property for a wedding we attended. The location was great in relation to the beach and to the wedding itself. The property manager gave very specific instructions about everything which was helpful. But it would have been nice/helpful if they included that if you arrive early you would not be able to go to the beach without a wrist band. Having never been to this part of Florida before we had no idea about the exclusivity of the beach and it should state early arrivals need to enter at the public beach access. The bath tub did not drain well and the air conditioner leaked onto the floor below it dampening our stuff, and some black dirt/debris came out of the air conditioner too. We still enjoyed our stay and thought the property was overall clean and nice. Would recommend others to stay here as well.

Property was great and in a perfect location - right in between Rosemary and Alys. This condo is showing some age, but overall was in good shape. Only complaint is the hot water heater - it was impossible to take two consecutive showers without running out of hot water.

Great little apartment!

My daughter and I stayed here for fall break, and has a wonderful time! The communication with property owner was exceptional! The only feedback I have for others staying is there isn’t a freezer, so plan food accordingly. Ice is a commodity, so plan on buying ice!
