When you enter this two bedroom, two and a half bathroom cottage, you'll find that no detail has been overlooked. Designed by architect Doug Luke, who also designed Rosemary Beach's Barbados Pool, the home boasts of beautiful craftsmanship and carpentry.

Take in the bright, green surroundings of Kingsbridge Park as you sit on the front porch and enjoy refreshments with family and friends. Just inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample seating with a kitchen table and separate dining table. Windows throughout the first floor and high, cypress ceilings provide natural light and an open, airy feel. Just off the kitchen are a half bath with a pedestal sink and a laundry area with a stackable washing machine and dryer. Moving into the living area, you'll find plush couches and comfortable chairs. Sit back and watch a movie on the large flat-screen television while listening to the sounds of the courtyard fountain just outside.

After a long day at the beach, retire upstairs for some rest and relaxation. At the top of the stairs, you'll come to a loft room with a built in bunk bed, which makes perfect sleeping accommodations for children. The bunk room is decorated in neutral bed linens and has a small television, just right for watching movies in bed. Just down the hallway is the master bedroom –a large, open room with white furniture and bed linens, giving it a beachy, laid-back feeling. Just off the master bedroom is a balcony with beautiful Bahamian shutters that give the home a Caribbean atmosphere. The balcony has ample seating and a large hammock for napping outdoors. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with two pedestal sinks and a large shower and bathtub combination.

Make your way down the hallway to the guest bedroom where you will find a king size bed and French doors that open up to the balcony that is shared with the master bedroom. The guest room is decorated in whites and blues and has plenty of windows providing natural light. The second floor also has a shared bathroom with a glassed-in shower.
