Amazing Stay

Our family truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home. It comes with access to a private beach just a short walk away. We also walked and rode our bikes to nearby Rosemary Beach for restaurants and shopping. Publix is close too. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed grilling on the deck. The property manager and owner were fantastic. They were super flexible and accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. Overall our stay was amazing.

We have been to Rosemary Beach a few times. By far the nicest place we have stayed. East beach access, quiet and clean home. Does not come with beach chairs (as stated) so you will have to factor that in. Great stay. Would stay again.

Great location and layout of rooms for all to enjoy. Location to beach and pool was perfect.

We had a wonderful family beach trip!! Plenty of room for a family of eight. Beautiful home and location is perfect for beach, pool, Rosemary and wonderful shopping and restaurants. The beach is perfect for young children and family fun. Shallow water, sand bar to play on. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Good property, good week

Nice property for a family of our size (Grandparents, special-needs son, daughter-husband and three grandchildren.) Even a bit large for our needs. The proximity to the beach with small children was great, and once we got in synch with the recommended beach rental outfit, that all worked out well. We didn't make use of the nearby swimming pool, as it wasn't heated. The short walk to Rosemary Beach village area was used every day. Grocery stores, short drive. The property might feel crowded once the two vacant lots on each side are built-out, but we enjoyed the extra spatial feeling. The parking pad was an unexpected high quality item. We only had two vehicles, but parking 4 cars there wouldn't even have felt crowded. The kitchen was reasonably well-outfitted, a couple of the fry pans have gotten beat-up, and need to be replaced. It was great having a large sub-zero fridge, plus a beverage fridge, AND a wine fridge. A gas cooktop would be a welcome property investment, especially before they are banned. The electric one is hard to clean, and hard to use. Wine glasses, a constant needed investment. Good quality knives and flatware. The outdoor propane grill, what to say ... you get what you pay for I guess. Char Broil grills are a cheap brand, overall. A rental property of this caliber (and cost) should invest in a better grill brand. Deck and porch furniture was all excellent quality, on all three levels. Picture perfect vacation

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for our two families (10 people), it had everything we needed, it is steps to the pool and Gulf and a short walk/bike ride to all the great options Rosemary and the other nearby 30A towns have to offer. We had more than enough room in the driveway for our two large SUVs, a truck, and all our bikes and we really loved all the little outdoor deck spaces. It was so pleasant to sit outside on the deck off the main living area every evening and watch the sunset and the waves crashing on the beach. The management company was extremely helpful and responsive with the couple questions we had, which made it such an enjoyable and stress-free week. I would recommend utilizing Laid Back for beach setup on the private beach reserved for owners and guests staying in the development. We did bring some of our own beach stuff down every day, but it was nice to have a spot reserved on the days when the beach got a little more crowded and Brae was always super helpful and proactive in seeing what kind of setup we wanted from day to day. It was just a perfect week spent with dear friends!

Excellent house & great location

Overall the house was clean and spacious for our family of 8, plenty of amenities. Location was exceptional and the private beach was a bonus, never fighting for room among the crowd. Only complaint is that a few of the bedrooms had some bright morning light coming in from upper windows with no blinds or curtains. Would definitely stay again!

Favorite Beach House Ever

This beach house was clean and beautifully decorated and had all the room we needed for our group of 11. It was well stocked with everything including beach equipment. Short walk to the beach and pool. We loved our stay!

Beautiful summer home

Overall, beautiful home and great location. The weather was colder than expected and the pool was not heated. If the weather isn’t perfect, you have limited access to amenities (heated pool, hot tub, playground, etc). If you are planning to go with young active children, may not be the property to stay at during temporary weather.

Steps to one of the most beautiful beaches

Location, location, location. Walking distance to many delicious restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The property is exactly as described. Two large master suites was perfect. The only part that would make it better if the property supplied beach towels and provided beach gear to use versus renting. We spent a lot more on rentals that we weren't able to use due to weather and rip current.

Great Location and House

We had a great vacation at Scout's Lookout. The property was very clean and in close proximity to the beach and shopping at Rosemary Beach. Our only wish would be that the house could add a large icemaker. Will definitely be back!

Great property with a very nice set up for our 2 families! Loved the access to the beautiful beach. Pretty well operated "Laid Back" for the beach service. Cleaning in the unit needs to be improved. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet and pretty obvious hair clumps in the shower on the 1st flloor. If I was an owner, I would be pretty upset with the cleaning. Super stocked kitchen with great appliances. Would love some better access for television. Our family uses cable at home and we had only the smart televisions with streaming we don't have. Pretty big disappointment. Probably need to look at an alternative for the prices charged.

Inlet Beach House

Everything was great except the AC in the master bedroom wasn't working well and repairmen couldn't get it fixed. They did repair the other units that also briefly weren't working. Also, the wine refrigerator did not work. Also, considering the cost of the rental, we would suggest that the owner consider some little details such as better toilet paper, soap dishes in the bathrooms, providing basic kitchen items such as salt and pepper, coffee filters. more paper towels and garbage bags etc. and a nice welcoming gift basket of some sort.
