The rental was great for our family. Two full bathrooms were really helpful for a family of 4. Elevators were surprisingly fast and always available without much of a wait. Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer was helpful. Management was responsive.

This is my favorite place to in PCB!! This unit was very clean and decorated nicely . The accommodation were amazing . I would definitely recommend this unit . 🙂 Jim is great !!! Places we went were Shell island we rented a boat it was a lot of fun . Zoo world was fun I have little grandkids they loved it . We also went to St Andrew’s state park . We went to Walmart and got snorkeling gear for the kids . Very inexpensive they charge by the car load it was 8 bucks . Pack a cooler and snacks .

Condo as Beautiful as the Beach!

The condo is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with appropriate seating (3 barstools, 4 kitchen chairs, long sleeper sofa with two comfortable arm chairs). Furniture was not oversized so there was plenty of room to move around and play family games! My 15 yr old son slept comfortably, by choice, on the bunks! The unit smelled fresh the entire stay (not just upon arrival) and was very clean! Every time we returned throughout the day, we were greeted with the same fresh scent. Kitchen was well appointed so all you need is your food to make your meals! Host was attentive and available for any questions! Highly recommend! We enjoyed our family vacation!

Clean and comfy! Gorgeous view! We didn’t have trouble with elevators but checked in on a Monday and out on a Thursday. The mattress in the bedroom was hard, that’s really the only negative!

Little piece of paradise

We loved our time here. My husband and I took a much needed trip and were so pleased with the condo. The view from the 18th floor is amazing - we saw dolphins every day and stunning sunsets each evening. We walked to the state park one morning - it was beautiful. The bed is comfortable and having just had surgery - the bench seat in the bathroom was great. We never had to wait long for the elevator - and it was very quiet inside the unit. The table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for a sunset dinner! The whole place was spotless- and I’m very picky! Our host Jim was amazing as well. We were so sad to leave but this was one of our most relaxing vacations we’ve had. I’m already looking for a time we can come back!

We enjoyed this unit, it was very clean and tastefully decorated. The only small issues we had were not knowing where to find the luggage carts (3rd floor), and not having any instructions about the TV setup. We were only able to access some streaming channels, no satellite or live TV.

Great stay and would love to come back again.

The condo looked even better that the pictures. It was very clean and my wife and kids loved the decorations. The view from the 18th floor was super nice and we liked the high chairs on the balcony. Check in was easy as we had all the info we needed before we arrived. We actually got a text from the owners saying the condo was ready a few hours early. Communication was great and fast. The only thing that was slow was getting an elevator on check in day (this was expected since it was a Saturday) but fine the rest of our stay. The kids loved being next to Shooners and playing volleyball everyday. St Andrews is only a mile from here and worth the 8 dollars per car to visit. Definately would like to come back to this room on a future stay.

Fabulous!

We have been staying at Seychelles for many years for our annual ladies trip and this condo is by far the most beautiful one we have ever stayed in. We had everything there we needed to even stay in and cook. It was clean and comfortable. The TVs were fabulous. The owner was quick to respond with a minor issue we encountered. We are already planning and looking forward to our next trip to this condo!
