This beautiful, dog-friendly, coastal colonial home in Seacrest Beach is just on the other side of 30A from the soft white-sand beaches and turquoise waters of Rosemary Beach / Inlet Beach / Alys Beach. Just 30 minutes from the Panama City Beach Airport (ECP) and 60 minutes from the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), this gorgeous beach house showcases hardwood floors, French doors, granite countertops, and high ceilings, providing a stunning space to spend time with friends and family!

Our spacious and sunny beach home is just steps from 30A and is the perfect destination to relax with loved ones. The open-concept first-floor provides an inviting living room where there is plenty of space for everyone to come together to talk, cook, laugh, play, and unwind. Cooking is a joy in our generous, modern kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining. There are stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and enough granite countertops to accommodate all willing sous-chefs! There is also a charcoal grill located conveniently off the kitchen. And if you will be traveling with infants or young toddlers, we keep two high-chairs at the house (as well as three Pack 'n Plays) so your little ones can join you at the dinner table!

After dinner, take a refreshing bike ride down the trails of the tranquil nature preserve behind the house. Or, sit back and watch the crowd's favorite movie on the HD TV in the living room. If the gang can't agree, don't worry, the house touts six other high definition TVs - each already logged into the home's dedicated Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ accounts. If the kids need a place to be kids, the third floor has an adorable lounge with bean bag chairs, a wet bar, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and an arsenal of board games to keep everyone entertained all night long!

Whenever you are ready for more privacy, head off to one of our five comfortable bedrooms. Ensure quality sleep with a long shower or a hot bath before bed. Indulge in our Gilchrist & Soames "responsible luxury" bath and body products, then wrap yourself in our deluxe, spa-quality bath towels. When it's time for bed, you will be welcomed by a plush pillow-top mattress, 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy goose down feather pillows, ultra-soft blanket, and cozy duvet to lead you into a deep, restful, and restorative sleep.

You will wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead, as you sip your morning coffee and relish the breathtaking sunrise from your choice of balcony on the second or third floor. We keep a single serving Keurig® in both the second floor master bedroom and the third floor wet bar for that very reason! We also have a standard drip coffeemaker and a regular Keurig® in the kitchen. We provide complimentary pods for each Keurig®, creamer and sugar, and regular and decaf drip coffee. Our home also features two WiFi networks with high-speed Internet and plenty of laptop friendly workspaces, so you and your kids can finish work and school before (or after!) a day of enjoying Rosemary Beach.

Of course, the entire home is yours to enjoy! Take in stunning panoramic views that will take your breath away. When you're ready to conquer the day, you can easily walk, bike, or take the neighborhood tram (seasonal) to some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Sink your feet into the soft fine sand, drink up the sun from your beach towel (provided), and then cool yourself in the sparkling, blue water. Build a sandcastle with the kids and splash around in the gentle waves of the Gulf. The beach house is located in the Seacrest Community, which features a dazzling, 12,000 square foot lagoon pool (open 9:00 a.m. - 9:45 p.m. every day) and an amphitheater just up the street from the house. After spending a morning in the water, explore the unique shops and galleries of South Walton. Stop into one of the charming local-owned restaurants for lunch. Please don’t forget to try the seafood, it’s some of the freshest in the country!

Without a doubt, the best way to ensure you are getting fresh seafood is to catch it yourself! South Walton has some of the best fishing in the world, catering to both professionals and child adventurers. Fishing isn’t on the “dock”et? Professional sand-castle builders can teach you tricks of the trade, and help you build a castle three feet high! Seacrest is a short drive away from the Gulf World Marine Park, Grayton Beach State Park, Camp Helen State Park, and some great snorkeling locations. For a respite from the sun, check out The Man and the Sea Museum, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, or XD Darkride Experience Pier Park.

We will provide the address, directions to the beach house, and a guest guidebook in the Welcome Package 1-2 weeks prior to arrival.

There are 5 parking spots available in front of the house, plus ample street parking.

We have an excellent housekeeping team that will have thoroughly cleaned the house prior to your arrival. However, if they missed anything and the place is not to your satisfaction, we offer a 24-hour clean guarantee, and would be glad to promptly send our team back out to address any areas that were overlooked.

There is a one-time, $165 pet fee. Well-trained dogs only, please. Three dogs maximum.

Minimum age for primary renter is 21.

Sleeping accommodations are as follows:
1st floor - 1 queen bed, 1 full bath
2nd floor - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 full baths
3rd floor - 1 king bed, 1 full bath, 1 half bath

There are also 2 twin rollaway beds and 1 queen air mattress that can be placed throughout the house.
There is a one-time, $195 pet fee. Well-trained dogs only, please. Three dogs maximum.
