I traveled with my family and there were 12 of us. Pros: Beautiful home with plenty of seating in the living area and dining. Enough beds for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, etc. beach towels were also provided along with plastic laundry baskets for each bedroom (very helpful). Pool was a nice size. Two bike were provided along with a wagon and chairs. We had a few rainy days and there were games, books, and cards available. We brought 2 jigsaw puzzles with us and left them for others to use. Lots of TVs with lots of channels. Extra pedestal fans were available. Cons: Some of the linens were dirty and we had to wash before we could use them. Kitchen chairs are cloth and have lots of stains. One of the tires on a bike was low and we had to take to a gas station to get it pumped up. Gas on the grill ran out in the middle of cooking dinner one night. It is a hike to the beach (1/2 mile).
