Nettoyage à la vapeur effectué entre chaque séjour. Internet et Hulu gratuits. Les propriétaires vivent dans la maison principale de la propriété. Animaux non admis. Deux occupants maximum. Cuisine et buanderie entièrement équipées. Tous les produits en papier fournis (serviettes de table, essuie-tout et papier toilette). Tous les produits de toilette fournis. Excellent place to stay. Both Carlos and Laura were incredible hosts, extremely kind and courteous. The Villa has everything you need, including items you don’t think to pack. We were very pleased with our stay and couldn’t recommend this location enough.

It is a very cute, well maintained small bungalow, with a nice kitchen, one bed, one bath, small washer/dryer combo, and a pool with poolside table and lounge chairs. I cannot say enough how pleasant, quiet, and relaxing our stay was here. The owners are extremely friendly, and provided contact information should we need them for any reason. We will definitely stay here again.

Great experience overall—the entire property was very clean! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kitchen and laundry room had everything we could possibly need, and we loved having a charcoal grill to use! To top it off, the pool was absolutely perfect.

The house was amazing. Had everything we needed for our stay.The pool was refreshing and clean. It was nice to have pool to ourselves.The hosts Carlos and Laura were great, showed around the house where everything was. They even had washer dryer combo for us to use.We would definitely recommed to everyone to stay here so relaxing.

I truly cannot say enough about how amazing Laura and Carlos are- they made sure every single detail was perfect. They were so sweet and helped us celebrate our honeymoon. There is nowhere else in PCB that we would stay. The place was perfect for us, so close to the beach, and the pool was so nice! I could seriously go on and on. Definitely book with them!

We had a great time! The pool was lovely to sit by and we cooked a ton of meals in the kitchen, they had everything you need as well as plenty of towels. The washer/dryer was great for a week long stay and the place was a perfect distance to walk to the beach. Laura showed us a map of places to eat around town and made great suggestions on how to make the most of our trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful sea cottage

We had a great 4 day weekend at Villa Playa! The cottage is beautiful and so cozy. The pool is private and a few steps from the door. The beach is close and so are the restaurants. We hope to stay again!

Laura and carlos were very nice people and made our stay comfortable and inviting couldn't ask for a better vacation home especially with our private swimming pool

We loved our stay! Laura and Carlos were amazing hosts. The rental was perfect for the two of us and was fully stocked. The private swimming pool was delightful and the walk to the beach was easy! We will return, for sure!

Fantastic Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Playa! The hosts were the so very nice and we wanted for nothing during our visit. The cottage, landscaping and pool were fantastic. I would recommend this cute little place to anyone! We will definitely be back!!

PERFECT!!

We had an amazing stay! Laura and Carlos are absolutely awesome! Villa Playa is a clean, comfortable, secluded place that is perfect for couples to just relax and enjoy the PCB atmosphere. We've been to several placed in PCB in previous years, but we've never felt as relaxed and welcomed as we did on this trip! We had all the amenities of home, plus a very refreshing, private swimming pool to relax in. Just a great place!

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated our hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and communicated well while still fully respecting our privacy. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. They were absolutely invaluable to our first experience in PCB and had no issues with having a truck and trailer in the driveway and loud motorcycle coming and going! They advised on the local restaurants and attractions etc and were so incredibly patient with us when we bugged them with questions. The guest house is perfect for 2 people. Its beautiful, exceptionally clean and very private. It was a bit too cool for us to use the pool but hopefully next time!We would absolutely stay here again!

Splendid retreat!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was great. Laura and Carlos made everything easy and carefree with the home. The pool was inviting, warm with plenty of floats. A private oasis with a perfect porch for breakfast and dinner, a well stocked kitchen with stove and large toaster oven. The only thing we were missing was a more time in the day to enjoy it all.
