Come enjoy Brezza Marina, conveniently located just north of 30A in the heart of Seacrest. This spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 11 guests across 2 floors. All 4 bedrooms feature private bathrooms for the ultimate luxurious 30A getaway.

There's plenty of dining space for the whole group with a generously sized dining table for 10 plus bar stool seating at the kitchen counter for 4 more. Head out on the balcony to use the gas grill where you'll also find more seating and a picnic table.

Brezza Marina is a short walk (less than 3 minutes) to the beach access. Located less than 1 mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and WaterSound, Brezza Marina puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Big Chill in Prominence, delicious restaurants, desirable boutiques, and more.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great Beach House!

We stayed here for my friends 30th birthday and it was incredible! The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were comfy! The best part was how close it was to beach access. Just across the street!

Beach Wedding

We were there for a family wedding. We found the house clean and very roomy. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and small appliances. The little welcome boxes were a nice touch, just wish there were more hangers in the closets. Being close to the beach was nice. Having a list of local restaurants, & local grocery stores would have been nice or brocheurs from restaurants and or pizza places would have helped also.

Fun for 21!

I brought my daughter and 9 of her best friends to 30A for her 21st birthday. The house was perfect - clean, great location to walk to the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping for our group. Benchmark was easy to work with, great communication - responds quickly and very helpful.

The perfect space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breeza Marina! The house was amazing. There was plenty of space to relax and we loved that every room had its own bathroom. It was super clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. The walk to the beach was so short and easy so we felt safe letting the kids go back and forth. The neighborhood is right across the street from the beach access so no need to drive. The home had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of parking. This is a gem on 30A, our favorite place for a beach trip. We will certainly be back!

Everything was wonderful!! The place around,inside the house,the colors, absolute Everything was amazing 😊!!! We really enjoy to be in that place, and we will came back, and for sure share the information with family and friends a about it.. the only thing was, the sheets was duty, like they don't changed when the other party going.. we found a lot dust and the sheets and also we found hairs and nails under the sheets 😣..

It was very nice and clean. It was like a 5 min walk to the beach about 12 mins away from Panama

It's a great place to rent the only problem you may have is service and the wifi goes in and out. Overall nice a spacious we will go back again.

Very convenient to Rosemary and Seacrest! Great Place to stay!

Brezza Marina was a perfect set up for us and very clean and tighty. It was a short walk to the beach and great having the beach access right across our street. The only issue we had while We were there was the dryer wasn't working great. It took our clothes about 4 times through to dry. The rental company was great about trying to fix the problem brought us extra towels since we had trouble washing and drying. We would definitely rent Brezza Marina again.
