When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach.

Parking
Tucked Away has designated parking for one vehicle in the driveway.

Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, that properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
