Built for groups who want luxury without the high-rise crowds, this two-story coastal retreat blends a thoughtful, family-friendly layout with the kind of resort-style amenities you usually have to share with hundreds of other guests.



Inside, wide-plank white-oak floors, shiplap walls, and curated coastal art carry through every room. The open great room flows seamlessly into a gourmet chef’s kitchen with quartz waterfall island, gas range, walk-in pantry, and seating for the whole crew. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open to a covered Gulf-view balcony, coffee in the morning, cocktails at sunset, the breeze always doing the heavy lifting.



Out back, your private travertine pool deck features a heated pool with built-in spa, sun loungers, and a covered outdoor living room perfect for after-beach showers, late-night card games, or a glass of wine under the string lights. The Neighborhood:

DT Laguna Tide sits on the west end of Panama City Beach in the quieter, more residential Laguna Beach pocket; the part of PCB that feels closer to 30A than to the spring-break strip. Beach access is steps away across Front Beach Rd at a deeded public access point, and you’re less than 10 minutes from Pier Park, less than 15 from Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach on 30A, and right next door to Camp Helen State Park for nature trails, kayaking, and one of the prettiest beaches on the Gulf.



Walk or golf-cart to neighborhood favorites like Pizza By the Sea, Andy’s Flour Power, and Thomas Donut & Snack Shop. Drive a few minutes east for seafood at Captain Anderson’s, sunset cocktails at Firefly, or shopping and live music at Pier Park.



Getting Around:

You really don’t need to start the car once you arrive but here are your options:



• Foot: Public beach access is a 1–2 minute walk across Front Beach Rd. Restaurants, ice cream shops, and a market are within a 5–10 minute walk.

• Golf Cart: Your six-seat street-legal cart is the easiest way to get up and down Front Beach Rd. Charges overnight in the driveway.

• Bikes: Five beach cruisers live on-site. Take the Gulf Coast Parkway bike path east or west for miles of safe, flat riding.

• Car: Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about 35 minutes east. Pensacola International (PNS) is about 1 hour 45 minutes west.

• Ride share: Uber and Lyft both run reliably in the area.

• Safety Features: This home is equipped with a pool alarm as required by the state of Florida. Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, Wi-Fi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm.
