"Inn High Cotton" is an ideal vacation home for a beach getaway! This Charleston-Style charmer has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is located in Carillon Beach, a gated community, in the Western most part of Panama City Beach Florida. Carillon Beach is just East of Highway 30A where Rosemary Beach and many other popular resorts are located. Only Carillon Beach is totally located on the beach side of the highway.
Inn High Cotton's open floor plan feels spacious and provides room for 2-12 people. This home is furnished with TV's, DVD players, a CD player & a fully equipped Kitchen. The sound bar in the living room has Bluetooth capability and excellent speakers. Play your own music from your iPod or iPhone through the house speakers. DVD's and games are available for guests to use during rainy days or downtime.
Carillon Beach has 3 community pools; Two are heated. The Main heated pool named The Bellview Park Pool, is located only a short walking distance along the beautifully landscaped promenade which is just across from Inn High Cotton. A children's wading pool, a playground, basketball court and tennis courts are all located next to the Bellview pool and Bellview Park. From Inn High Cotton's spacious porches, you can easily hear the Carillon Bell Tower that rings hourly throughout the day. Carillon Beach walkover #3 is only 1.5 blocks from Inn High Cotton, Talk about easy access!
Beach service for 4 Is included with the rental from March 1- October 31, weather permitting, (4 lounges and 2 umbrellas). Other folding beach chairs are available for guests in the downstairs hall closet.
By using the other half of the promenade walkway, Inn High Cotton is a short walking distance from Downtown Carillon. A lovely fountain, The salty bottle coffee/wine shop, Our Little Beach Cafe (Breakfast & Ice Cream shop), Shipwreck Gift Shop & Bike Rentals, Yoga studio, Salon & Fitness Center. During the Summer season, weekly concerts are held on the Village Green, adjacent to the fountain. Just South of the Village Green is the meeting house, where a non-denominational service is held on Sunday Mornings.
For your convenience, there are two groceries within a mile of Carillon Beach. However, Carillon Beach is only 7 miles west of Pier Park with many restaurants, unique gift shops and chain stores like Target & Walmart. For outlet shopping, Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only 25 miles West of Carillon Beach in the San Destin Area. Within a 25 minute drive, golfers can choose from 6 golf courses, Several Go-Cart & Mini Golf Attractions.
The golf cart at the property is the Owners and can not be used by guests for liability reasons. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars & Carts if desired.
The Community does charge a $37.50 fee per vehicle parked at the house.
New in 2026, refurnished main floor and fresh paint throughout most of the home. Re-stained front and side porch.

Excellent stay at Inn High Cotton
Very nice, cozy home with plenty of room for families or small groups. It has pretty much everything you need for a great vacation. The owner/manager was super nice and responsive to all my questions during the booking process and throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly with our stay. The home is a short walk or golf cart ride to Beach walkover #3. Carillon Beach is a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with a few shops and places to eat (which were all great). Except for getting groceries at the Publix right down the street, we didn't even need to leave the area. But everything on 30A and Pier Park are easy to get to. We rented a golf cart and that worked well for us (our toddler grandson was with us). The beach is also beautiful here. The 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas included were so convenient. Additional beach/pool toys were available to use, as well. Highly recommend Inn High Cotton!

Awesome Spring Break Week!
We had a great week with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house was large enough for all of us and had everything we needed. It's location was excellent - very close to the beach, pool and downtown area! Tara was excellent to work, easy check in process, and even checked on us during the stay. We love Carillon Beach and will be back!

Quiet beach home
Listing was exactly as described. We had several issues come up on our trip, none of which were preventable, and Tara handled everything promptly. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a vrbo host more responsive or concerned about guest comfort. Additionally the community the property is located in is prefect for families. Centrally located, quiet, great amenities .

Wonderful Vacation
We truly had a wonderful time staying at Inn High Cotton at Carillon beach. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures and there was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 toddlers who loved running around in the living room area. The front porch exudes southern charm and we loved sitting outside listening to the beautiful bell chimes from the Carillon bell tower. The beach is a short walk away with a walkover that has two bathrooms, which really came in handy with two potty training toddlers. The beach is basically completely private and uncrowded and the included beach chair service (4 chairs/2 umbrellas) made everything a breeze. We mostly used the pool that is on the beach, but there is actually another pool located 3 min from the house. It was closed due to renovations during our stay, but if it was open it would have been amazing. I’ll definitely be renting this property again in the future! Thank you Tara. You are a terrific host!

This was our second stay at Inn High Cotton. It was just as fantastic as it was the first time. Thank you Tara for all the special touches that make it feel like home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. We love cooking in the kitchen and sitting around the table eating and playing games. Thanks for the hand soap, dishwasher pods and trash bags. You go above and beyond fir your guests. We will be back!

Location, location, location!
We have been staying in Carillon for many years. The location of Inn High Cotton is as good as any I have rented. Close to Bellview Park pool, beach, gift shop, Gratify restaurant, and shaded walkway. Communication with property manager was great. Hope to be able to rent again next year.

Best vacation spot
We loved our stay here and will be coming back for more in the future. The beach is a short walk away and it is gorgeous. The house was perfect for my husband & I and our 2 adult children (one with a significant other) and a teenager. Everyone had Thermidorian own room The two couples had their own baths and the other two shared a separate room. Lots to do close by on 30A but we spent most of our time at the beach.
