*Pool heat for Unit A is unavailable when temps drop below 50°F. This is to protect the pool heater in cold temperatures.

*Due to beach erosion caused by Hurricane Isaias, the private beach access boardwalk is currently inaccessible. Repairs are anticipated to be completed by early 2027.
