Gorgeous beach home has terrazzo floors with Oriental rugs and tasteful furniture that fill the living and sleeping areas. Bedrooms feature queen-size beds.

The large, glassed-in solarium (porch) of Villa Sounion serves as the third bedroom and overlooks the beach with fabulous views of the emerald water, dolphins, and exquisite gulf sunsets. Set on a bluff, wood decking and steps take you down to the gulf and crystal white sands. Fishing from the shores will ensure your dinner, and crabbing at dusk is an added bonus.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a four night minimum mid March through September and a four night minimum October through December.
Enjoy panoramic views of the emerald gulf in your private tropical home where you do not have to share walls with strangers. This home comes complete with your own private driveway and private parking. It is a quaint, older retro style stucco beach house that has been in our family for several generations and is reminiscent of past family beach holidays.
For those who golf, Panama City beach area has been chosen as the third best 'golf destination' in the nation
There is an option to split payments if necessary.

AMAZING LOCATION, very cozy house with everything that needed for a relaxing vacation. Easy check in and check out, good communication with a property owner and manager. Rooms were neat and clean, kitchen equipped with necessary utensils, towels, etc. Beach umbrellas and chairs also provided. Beach was amazing, clean, not crowded. Very close to grocery store and nice restaurants.

Our young family of 5 had such a great time at this location! It was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for us. We loved that it was steps away from the beach and at a perfect location to rent bikes, go out to eat, (we also cooked meals and had what we needed in the kitchen). We also walked down the boardwalk at Deer Creek State Park, just a few minutes drive! We finished our stay on the beach watching the fireworks on the 4th of July. Hope to come back! The only thing was that we didn't have internet the first day, but they were diligent in responding and taking care of the problem. We loved this place!

Another great family vacation on 30A! Excellent location and very private. The sunroom isn’t air conditioned so we didn’t use it much because of the heat but the house has a lot of old classic charm. Owner and groundskeeper were very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our trip and didn’t want to leave!

Great location with postcard view.

Located on 30A close to very nice dining and shopping. The beach is just steps away from the back door. Two bedrooms two bathrooms plus an additional sunroom that has a daybed and a futon. Full size washer and dryer. Check in/out was easy. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very polite.

Best beach location ever.

Location, location, location. Best beach experience ever. Private beach home weather was perfect all week. Beautiful beach. We hardly left the property except to get food. Publix less than 3 miles away. Grilled steaks, chargrilled oysters on the grill, cooked breakfast and supper on property. No issues at all with property. Two close friends joined us the last 2 days. Brought my fur baby, Janie. She got to walk on beach on hours allowed on a leash. She loved it. Stephanie is awesome. Home she keeps the family home so we can visit again in the future. Old-Seacrest Florida Beachfront Property

We enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa De Sounion, especially the view from the back patio area and walks on the beach. The property and home are accurately described and have a secluded old-Florida feel; although, you are only a few steps down the driveway to 30-A. We were able to ride our bikes on the Timpoochee Trail two mornings but got rained out Saturday. Even with the rain Saturday we had a peaceful, relaxing visit to Seacrest Beach. Stephanie had a well/water issue to resolve the day of our check-in, but her team worked hard to ensure we had water before the end of the day. We look forward to returning!

Real Florida Getaway

We had a great week at Sounion, a beautiful "Old Florida" beach house with a Florida room overlooking the emerald water and white sands of Seacrest. We loved the lounge chairs on the front patio set high on the dunes and the comfortable living areas inside. The driveway through the live oak alley brought us from bustle of 30-A to a serene and peaceful retreat. We had two couples and two dogs. We look forward to returning in 2024!
