    Cet incroyable Beach House ultime pourra accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes dans des lits.  Aucun canapé-lit. Il y a 5 suites royales toutes parfaitement conçues pour le confort et le luxe combin��s. Elles ont toutes une salle de bain privée spacieuse. Il y a 2 chambres avec lits superposés, chacune avec 2 lits superposés reine sur reine chacun pour les enfants, ou même les adultes peuvent être à l'aise dans ces couchettes personnalisées!

    Le rez-de-chaussée est un vaste espace ouvert avec une grande cuisine, 2 réfrigérateurs, 2 fours, 2 lave-vaisselle et machine à glaçons, immense île pour divertir ou préparer vos repas. Le comptoir est également très spacieux pour la cuisson et la préparation. Tous les appareils améliorés font de cette cuisine un rêve de chef!

    La salle à manger a deux tables chacune 8 places. Le bar peut également accueillir 5 personnes supplémentaires dans de beaux tabourets. The property was wonderful, beautiful, and absolutely perfect for our large family. We had one small issue with our stay and when I reached out to the host their response was extremely quick and the problem was fixed same day. Highly recommend this property and these hosts!

Discovered that we prefer property on the beach. With small children it was bothersome to cross 30A to go to beach. Private pool was popular! Four Blue Palms is delightful house with many amenities!

GREAT location to beach access point - it's right across the street. We stayed in late July and the traffic was better than expected in this part of the beach. The house fit 20 of us very comfortably - and plenty of bathrooms, living spaces, etc. Elevator was a plus for getting big luggage to 3rd floor. Water was a little cool, but that was to be expected with so many showering at the same time. There is a very, very loud alarm that goes off each time you open the patio door but the host was communicative about this being a city ordinance. This house doesn't come stocked with much, as far as paper goods, kitchen stuff, cleaning supplies, and/or toiletries... starter quantities only and will go quickly with a big group. But the hosts were proactively communicative about this as well, and we knew what we'd need for our first grocery run even before we arrived. Also - no beach towels, golf cart, chairs, or any beach stuff. They told us this prior to our arrival as well, so we knew to pack towels and rent chairs ahead of time. Overall - awesome area, house, and host.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautiful, and it was exactly as pictured. It was VERY clean. Beds were very comfortable, and all of the appliances are top notch. We comfortably fit 24 adults and a few children in the house and did not feel, at any point, that we were invading spaces. The owners were very communicative from beginning to end. HIGHLY recommend this house if you are traveling with a large party!

Amazing!!

This property is amazing. The house is stunning and has everything you need. It has an elevator in it, the bedding was so comfortable and the bike ride was the perfect distance to go get a coffee or go to the shops. 10/10 would recommend!

The property was nice. It was big enough for our group. But we encountered problems from the day we arrived. We received a call 30 minutes before check in and we were told the bottom floor AC was not working, but they would send maintenance over to put in some portable units. Upon arrival, the maintenance guy was there and installed two units. But one started leaking water! It was a quick fix, but just annoying that we had to mop up water!! Finally 2 days later, the part arrived and the AC was fixed. Other problems encountered were the elevator not working the entire time we were there (and this was a 3 story house) and a clogged master bath sink. Maintenance attempted to fix the elevator, but it never worked! As for the sink, a part was broken and it could not be fixed! We spent the majority of our vacation with the maintenance team! As for the pool, it was nice, but the area around the pool was not well maintained. The furniture was dirty and could have used a good pressure washer washing. As for the barbecue pit, my husband and brother in law spent 30 minutes cleaning it before we could use it. Kelsey was a big help in getting maintenance over to help with the problems. It was just annoying that we paid so much for the property and had so many problems. All these things should have been addressed prior to our arrival.

Wonderful Experience!

We went for a bachelorette and we had the best time! The property company was easy to work with and the house was everything and more! Unfortunately, we weren’t notified that the grill wasn’t working and construction was happening next door, but our main contact brought a grill the next day and they were very accommodating. We hope to come back again!

Bachelorette Trip

We had a group of 18 stay for my bachelorette party this past weekend and it was amazing. The property was so beautiful and it's a superb location. Management was easy to get connected to and everybody we spoke with along the way was incredibly pleasant. We will be staying here again for future family and friend vacations!

Great vacation house

This house was amazing! The house was cleaner perfectly, everything worked as expected. Our garbage disposal stopped working one evening and the property team sent someone to fix it within the hour, which was great. The house has gorgeous views of the ocean, and the beach access is right across the street. Overall, we would definately book this property again.

Long February weekend

The property is visually and pragmatically striking, from the first second walking in the door. High ceilings, great fixtures, everything you would expect of a home of this quality. We did have a few minor incidents during our stay that were promptly remedied and addressed by management or others. The walk to the beach is less than a minute, and the location is exceptional as well, with seacrest to the west, and Alys Beach and Rosemary to the east. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Bach Party Approved

I stayed at this beautiful property with 15 girls for my bachelorette and it was a wonderful experience all around! The home was stunning and offered everything we needed and then some. The management company was responsive, accommodating and very kind. The only thing that was tough to work around was the early morning check out. However, management was kind enough to let us keep our belongings by the pool as we explored the beach town/before we took off from the airport. Another thing to note is there is a LOT of construction in the area (management cannot control this obviously), and we are all coughing a ton from the debris. It was also challenging to walk around the area (only a smart portion of the street) where the sidewalk was getting remodeled. I anticipate that the construction will settle soon. Nonetheless, I recommend this home for groups of all sizes and needs- from family reunions to bach parties, this home has it all!

Great house!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect beach getaway at a beautiful house. Our only issue was the massive amounts of flys flying around the kitchen and living room. Seemed to be a problem as soon as we arrived. The toilets needed some plumbing fixed but the property management came to fix. Overall a great stay if the fly problem can be fixed.

Lovely vacation home

We had a three generation family trip here, for 21 people total. We loved the layout of the home and never felt crowded. The kids loved the Pac-Man video game! Easy walk to the beach, gorgeous balcony views. Only complaints are the lack of communication at check in, which kept us waiting to get into the house. Little annoying that there were no dishes on the third floor kitchen and no grill (as pictured). The beautiful master bath was not working, much to my disappointment. Would have been helpful to have a welcome packet with a map to the beach access. Overall, a delightful stay and we are already considering it again for our family trip next year!
