E1406 Rental Requirements: Saturday to Saturday (one- week minimum ) on all reservations from May thru the September & All holidays.
E1406 is a 3 Bedroom Ex end/corner unit three bedroom EX floor plan, sleeping up to twelve guests, with it's spacious 1975 sq. ft. fully furnished floor plan.
The living room and dining room have wall to wall windows overlooking the water with sliding glass doors that lead to the large wrap-around balcony. The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, recliner, & sofa has a Queen size pull out sleeper.
The dining area has a table that seats six, kitchen is fully equipped and renovated with newer cabinets, granite counter tops, and nice appliances.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, a walk-in shower that's "open" to the bedroom then a separate full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. 1st guest bedroom has two Queen size beds, a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. 2nd guest bedroom has two Queen size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to it's own small balcony.
There is another full bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo, & is not connected to the guest bedrooms. There is tile flooring throughout the condo, and has a full size washer/dryer. The balcony has Pollywood balcony bar chairs and table and two Pollywood rockers. The View-Overlooks the water, can see the "E" pool, and the sunsets.
