D501 is a three bedroom Ex floor plan that will accommodate up to ten guests with a spacious 1750 sq. feet, fully furnished. **It also has a covered parking for one vehicle for an additional fee of $50**

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable and DVD player, a pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats eight, along with a bar that seats four. Dining area and living room have windows extending along the south wall that has an amazing view of the water!

The kitchen is fully equipped, has renovated cabinets, granite counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a renovated walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed, and a flat screen TV/cable, and windows along the south wall that has a view of the water.

The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable .and a sliding glass doors that lead to a small private balcony. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

There is a washer/dryer, tile through out the condo, a enclosed section of the balcony that can seat six guests with one table and the rest of the balcony has one lounge chair, two chairs and two small tables. The condo has a direct gulf view, but you can also look west/down the beach towards the sunset.
