  • Zee La Vie. Kom en geniet van het leven in ons prachtige stadshuis op het strand. Nieuw gerenoveerd vanaf mei 2018. Nieuwe apparatuur, kookgerei, vloeren, dekken, enz. Gelegen aan het rustige westelijke uiteinde van Panama City Beach. Geniet van een groot strandniveau dek evenals een master suite balkon op de tweede verdieping. De master suite met een ligbad, jacuzzi en douche kijkt uit op uw eigen balkon met uw eigen uitzicht. Eerste verdieping bestaat uit een slaapkamer met een queensize bed en bevat ook een volledige wasruimte met ligbad, een volledige keuken en woonkamer met uitzicht op het strand. Tweede verdieping slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en twee met volledige eigen badkamer. Tweede verdieping bevat ook een stapelbed met twee ingebouwde dubbele stapelbedden.
    Voor grotere partijen bezitten mijn beste vrienden het aangrenzende huis aan de oostkant. Hun VRBO-nummer is 1114818. Voor nog grotere partijen bezitten ze ook een huis een mijl verderop VRBO # 1222400.

The ease of this beach house was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked for easy cooking; the house was extremely clean, and the view was awesome. Highly recommend this place for your next beach vacation.

Another fabulous stay!

This continues to be a favorite place for us to stay! Everything from the property, to the owner Lisa, to Sheryle (the head of housekeeping) is top notch!

This townhouse is wonderful. We had a party of 6 and there was more than enough room for all of us to sleep and hang out in the room. The kitchen is great if you like to cook and has everything you need to cook a meal. We never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers at the same time. The townhouse is also very clean and the communication from Lisa and Sheryle makes everything so much easier and convenient. The view from the master balcony is amazing. It only takes little over a minute to get to the water. We will definitely book again at this perfect getaway!

Wonderful Property

We had a great stay at Sea La Vie!! The home was just steps from the beach and everything was clean and in good working order! The place is also tastefully decorated! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay and location!

This adorable house was perfect. Right on the beach and close to great food and Pier Park. Loved the decor and the house was spotless. Great communication with owners I would love to stay here again when we travel back to PCB.

Our favorite spot!

We absolutely love staying here. It's so convenient for families with young kids. The house is always very clean, well stocked, and the owners are super responsive and helpful.

Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The house had literally everything we needed for our 8-day stay and had more than enough room for our family to spread out and relax comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen and grill utensils - we just had to buy the food. We ate breakfast and lunch on the deck every day and then went right back out to the beach. They provided chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and toys for the littles to play with. Being right on the beach was absolutely perfect. Every morning, we were able to set our chairs up and enjoy the beach without fighting big crowds, which made the entire experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.Sheryl, the housekeeper and property manager, was incredibly attentive, responsive, and wonderful to work with throughout our stay. We had zero issues with the home from start to finish.This truly felt like a home away from home, and we made so many great memories here. We will absolutely be booking again for our trip next year and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free beach vacation.

This place is wonderful!

This property is fabulous, clean and beautiful. Having one bedroom on the main level was perfect for my disabled sister along with the short walk to the beach. The location great and sunsets were beautiful.

Very enjoyable

Very nice accommodations, everything worked well, great access to the beach. The only negatives were lack of parking - 3 units, too crowded - small living room and very crowded laundry area - bump your head spacing!

Wonderful!

We felt at home the moment we stepped into the house. It was so welcoming, lovely, clean and well decorated. We loved easy access to the beach. The views are amazing and beautiful. The host is very easy to communicate and answered our questions fully and quickly. Everything was wonderful. Definitely highly recommended place!

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely a 5 star experience! Stunning view and a beautiful home, and so very clean, which absolutely deserves more mention. The attention to detail with cleaning done prior to arrival gives you the impression that you are the first family to stay here. The rooms were very comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We definitely appreciated the homes location at the quieter and lower traffic end of Panama City Beach. We will definitely be returning to this home the next time we're visiting!

Excellent

This townhouse feels and smells clean! It is in the perfect location only steps away from the powdery white sand. It was perfect for our family of 5. Lisa is an amazing host and was very attentive. A Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs are provided by the host. Zero issues or problems during our stay and very easy check out. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommended it!

I hate to say

This place is awesome. We have been coming to PCB for 15 yrs and have stayed at many places. Some have been good and some have been bad. This place is a 10 out of 10 on my list. It had everything we needed. I worry about posting great reviews because most people that rent will not take care of a place this nice. However, I wanted to let everyone know that there still are nice places to rent at PCB.

View from main bedroom gives this place 5 stars!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie! Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, and we had everything we needed! The grill on the deck made for easy dinners on the beach each night! There were beach chairs, plenty of outdoor seating, and even a few beach toys for the kids. We loved the location and while we were there at the tail end of spring break, the beach was never over crowded! Lisa was so pleasant to work with and I appreciate her! We will definitely be returning!!

This place is the best!

Our group of 5 “beach girlfriends” celebrated our 31st year together for 5 nights at Sea Le Vie. It was the second time we’ve rented this beautiful house and, again, everything was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, so convenient to the beach, and the kitchen had all the appliances and things needed to make our stay wonderful—even spices! The beach chairs were great and there were sand toys (we didn’t use those ) and nice monogrammed beach towels! All the furnishings, including the beds were of exceptional quality. Sheryle, the property/housekeeping manager was so pleasant, easy to work with, and a great communicator! We would highly recommend this lovely house to anyone!

Beautiful property with an amazing location

We were a group of 9 friends: It’s One of the best rentals I have ever stayed. Before the check-in, property was thoroughly cleaned & everything was arranged perfectly. It’s just a beautiful beautiful house with an amazing views from the living room & master bedroom. Most of the time, all of us just sat in the living room playing board games while listening to ocean waves or hanged out in the porch or strolling on beach. There is a private access to the beach, and beach starts as soon as you put your first feet on the ground. I would say, it’s way too close to the beach, during one of the nights there was a storm on the ocean with high tides and we could literally feel waves coming as close as within 60 feet of our beach house. It was not scary but rather adventurous & magical.
