-Parking: 2 parking spaces allotted for each unit. Each guest vehicle must display the AQUA parking pass. Parking passes must be registered, paid for, and printed prior to arrival. Please print your parking passes from home prior to arriving to avoid spending time in line purchasing from the kiosk. The Front Desk will NOT be able to help you on arrival. Boats, trailers, personal watercraft, and motor homes are not permitted on property. Any illegal vehicles will be towed by Security without notice. Parking Fee is $50 plus tax per vehicle, per stay. Guests will receive a Welcome Guide with parking registration link 3 days prior to arrival.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
