ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media room for the kids upstairs with a large flat screen. 6 Flat Screens in All.

With over 1800 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 450 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), Sea Ya Soon is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need (including 2 refrigerators). Large kitchen table seats 8-10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 10 more!).

Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. 57ft long by 30 ft wide paved private driveway for plenty of parking including large RV's

Located on beach, only steps to the ocean. The views were amazing. Can’t say enough about the location! The heated pool was great for the kids and the adults. The family spent hours playing on the beach and the pool. The hot tub looked to be an older model but still got the job done. Grilled fish right out on the back deck with their gas grill. The home itself was so spacious, plenty of room for our family of 10. The only thing I would say was a negative is the old, outdated, very worn living room furniture and the trundle beds upstairs. I would definitely recommend this home, we didn’t have any issues. We only made memories we will cherish forever and we definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great. We were close to everything and the house sits right on the beach. It was great being able to walk out to the beach anytime we wanted, and the beach was beautiful. The accommodations were sufficient. It's not perfect, but still very nice and plenty roomy enough for our group of 12 people. The only negative thing to mention is the hotel right next door is being renovated, which meant it was a little noisy during work hours, but that is a short term problem that is not in their control anyway. We did have a small issue and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

This place is fantastic. Great location, fabulous view. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We had a few minor issues but Kelly, the property manager, showed up within minutes and had them fixed immediately. The majority of the issues came from the previous renters. She is very sweet, and helpful with not just the property issues but with local suggestions. The staff that came out was equally as great. The house is well equipped, plenty of space for the 11 of us adults. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to many more. The pool overlooking the beach was my favorite. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The views were breathtaking, and we loved spending our mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and our evenings listening to the waves crash. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything we needed.But what truly set this experience apart was the host. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When my nephew accidentally left his phone behind after we checked out, the host didn't hesitate to help. They communicated with us right away and worked with us to get the phone safely back. That level of care and hospitality is rare and so appreciated.This trip was special for our family, and this beach house made it even more memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with an exceptional host Kelly!

Good Location

This house is in a great location. The features are very nice. It was just remodeled but needed a good cleaning. I was informed by the owner it was cleaned by them as well as a cleaning service but there was dust on the furniture and from day one if you walked around with no shoes your feet were black. We also had an issue with the heated pool the heater was out a few days of our stay and I was told by the owner it was working before we arrived but they new it went out during a wind storm. The pool person explained that the board was out on the heater and they were going to fix it later because I assume waiting on parts. The owner explained that he did not charge us a 60 dollar fee for heating (which was not in the listing) so not sure if that was a save or not. Overall it was a pretty home but needed some work and I was told it was a new owner. I felt like the owner or Propert manager hurried it up to get people in and hoped it would be ok and was not really ready for renters yet. I understand things break and that is ok but per my conversation it seemed to be a known issue and they were hoping we would not have issues or not notice? I would not have been as upset if there was transparency but we lost a few days of the pool which was a main part of our renting a house like this.

We had a great time at this spacious, clean and comfortable beachfront house. Pool and hot tub were clean and heated to perfection. Communication with management was quick and one small issue was handled quickly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Location, Location, Location!

If you want unobstructed view and limletless access to the beach and ocean, this place is for you! If the ocean is too cold in December, you can enjoy the heated pool or hottub! I looked for weeks to find the perfect spot with adequate sleeping arrangements and seating. Our family of 6, (with 2 elderly), thought the accommodations complimented our vacation well. The area is close to many tourist locations and restaurants. Contact with the management company was easy and we were satisfied with the responses. We were there for 5 days, and we cooked in several times. Our only suggestion is that if you want to cook in, you need to have all the ingredients necessary. There is not salt and pepper or oil. Not a big deal! Still gave 5 stars as I'd stay again.

Generally speaking we were thrilled with the beach and surroundings. The house was not well suited for 3 couples and 7 grandchildren. 2 couples had lovely bedrooms and baths but the 3rd couple was stuck upstairs with the kid’s sleeping in bunk beds. The house needs repairs and a thorough cleaning (tiny bugs were in the silverware drawer). The pool and hot tub were very nice. We had fun but would not book again.

There were a few small things that could have been better but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and it’s close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The minute you walk in the house you see a wonderful view of the ocean and palm trees. We did have one issue during our stay but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely book this place again.
