Welcome to ClaroMar, your family's retreat located just off the scenic Hwy 30A. With Coastal Florida charm, ClaroMar is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by sego palms and sea pines. Kick back by the private heated pool ( additional $35 per night fee for heat) and enjoy the respite you desperately need!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath has been recently refreshed and comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. Upon entry, you will be greeted with a beautiful open floor plan. Gorgeous flooring pours throughout the house generating the perfect balance of beauty and warmth for your holiday getaway. The fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, countertop seating, and stainless steel appliances are a cook's dream. Movie nights and leisurely lounging are a must in the large living area with a 55” flat screen TV, cozy furnishings and whole house audio system.

Located less than one mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Watersound, ClaroMar puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Hub, delicious restaurants, desirable boutiques and more! Or if you prefer to spend a quiet evening cooking at home you can do so in the peaceful confines of the surrounding pines with ample outdoor seating!
Parking is available for approx. 4 vehicles in the driveway of the home.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk to the beach. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play, which made the trip even better. We felt right at home, enjoyed every minute, and we can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely be booking again for our next visit!

This was our third consecutive August vacation spent in this home. We absolutely love everything about this home. The location is just perfect and we love that the home is pet friendly. The backyard is fantastic. We will be looking to stay in this same home next August.

House was perfect set up for family of five adults and two dogs. Pool was clean and partly shaded. Kitchen was very well appointed. Beds were all comfortable and baths updated and in great condition. Great quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful time.

We had a very rough start to our trip. We could not get in touch with the property manager to get access to the house prior to arriving at the house. Which was very stressful after driving 10 hours and not being able to have access. Finally got in touch with him after having to call VRBO. When we arrived at the house it was not cleaned from the previous renters. Turns out, we were not on the maids schedule. So I changed all the beds myself and then was told that the cleaning service would come the next morning. They didn’t show up when they were supposed to, but showed up later in the afternoon. She was at the house for 2 hours and when we came back the house was literally not cleaned at all! Still sand in the showers, dirty kitchen, and she even left the garbage bags with the other peoples garbage on the bedroom floors. I cleaned the entire house myself. Wasted two full days of our vacation cleaning up someone else’s mess. Bob, the manager was very nice and worked with us. He gave us the cleaning fee back and one night back. As far as the house itself….it is sparse and u see decorated. No space to unpack suitcases except for the large master closet that has a dresser in it. The furniture is dated and dirty and you can tell that the property allows dogs because many pieces of furniture were chewed. The location of the house is nice, a short walk to the private beach and on a private street. but it’s a long bike ride to any restaurant.

Nice open floor plan. Pool was perfect for cooling down after the beach Very quiet neighborhood. Was a 4 minute walk to beach access. Get there early to set up umbrellas/chairs. Beach was family friendly. Nice location close to rosemary and seagrove if you want to eat out. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out at the house. Great pet friendly property with fenced in back yard.

Great house....great location.....did think the home was "under furnished"....no 2nd bedside table in either of the master bedrooms...no tables/ extra space in main living area to store/drop items....limited lighting in main living area....just needs extra decorating ....very little art/ pictures...it would feel more relaxing/homey with additional decor

My compliments to our Property Manager Bob. Thank you for your quick responses when I reached out. It would be a nice touch to have access to beach chairs. Otherwise access to the beach was great. Loved the location. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. House is well stocked in the kitchen. Neighbors who live there very nice and thoughtful.

The best vacation
This was our second vacation in this home and it was perfect! Clean, quite street, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants to pick from and the host was amazing. You could not ask for a better rental property or host. We will be back next year for sure!!

Another Great Vacation
This was our second time staying in this home and we loved it just as much as our first visit.
The cleaners do a fantastic job as the house was just spotless. The location is perfect and the layout of the home works great for a family.

Great house
We made a last minute decision to spend a week at 30a and chose this house because of the pool and access to a private beach. We used the pool everyday to relax and cool off - it’s small but perfect for a quick dip. The neighborhood was quiet and the one story house was perfect for our group of 5 and our goldendoodle.

A Gem on 30A
The home was nicely appointed for our 4 week stay in the peak of summer. The home feels spacious and the beds are comfy. Storage is plentiful; particularly, the master bedroom closet is huge! I was also pleased that the washer, dryer, and gas range were quality appliances. The location is quiet and convenient. Although the beach is not a far walk, it feels farther when it’s humid and your 6 year old is whinging. So we did end up renting a golf cart to be able to make spontaneous and quick trips to the beach. The beach is absolutely stunning, the water is generally clear and the sand always powdery. This sand is made for sand castles! We spent many days going to the beach in the morning, heading back home for lunch and pool, then returning to the beach around sunset to take in cooler temperatures and peaceful views. The owner is responsive and helpful.

Awesome house, perfect location
Very clean, very comfortable, and very easy walk to the beach! We loved our stay here. The pool was a great bonus. The kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed to cook. It was the little details, like having toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap, that really made things easy. Will be back!!
