Incredible house in a beautiful area

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. The host helped us find the property on the first night and kept in communication throughout our stay. The views are immense, and the house is tastefully decorated.

Holiday near Rome

This is a wonderful property, set in an absolutely stunning position with fabulous views. The accomodation is finished to a high standard and the pool and surrounding gardens are a delight. We hope to return!

This property and especially the outside space is beautiful a big pool for the kids many seats in shadow and sun with great views and still rome nearby (45 min). The house was very clean with big and very peaceful sleeping rooms! The living and kitchen were, when compared to the rest of the house a bit sparce decorateded and equiped, which you mainly notice on a raining day only

Romantic and amazing house in countryside Italy

We rented the house with a group of 10 friends. The house was very beautiful, well equiped, with a wonderful view and romantic sunset. Perfect for a proposal! The hosts are very friendly. They communicate smooth, welcomed us warmly and helped us in all possible ways. If you like a nice house and love to chill, this is the perfect place! There are not a lot of main tourist attractions close to Palombara Sabina, so a car is a must have! Be also prepared that the house is quite remote so the wifi and general connection are not the best. We had a great time and had so much fun in the house!

Fantastisch huis

Een ontzettend mooi n ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is enorm, heel mooi en schoon, goed onderhouden. Wij waren erg blij met de vele zitjes en ligbedden die rondom het gehele huis op meerdere verdiepingen aanwezig waren. Het huis is erg schoon en mooi gestyled. De prachtige foto's op de site zijn een schim van hoe mooi het in werkelijkheid is.

Fantastic villa on a hill with beautiful views

We spent one week with our children and grandchildren in this spacious and comfortable villa and we have had a great time! Perfect and big pool, airco in the rooms, lots of hidden places in the garden, tennis table ! , good beds and very friendly owners Adriano and Cristina! Close to Rome, Tivoli and Rieti and very nearby Palombara. We hope to come back!

Beautiful place, such a nice stay

This house is the perfect hide-away for a group of friends or family. We stayed with 11 adults, 3 children and 2 babies and we were so taken care of, thank you again Adriano and Cristina. It is full of charm, beautifully restored and designed, with a gorgeous garden (full of little hidden places to sit in the shade) and a large swimming pool. The pictures on the site don't do it enough justice, it is truly a magical place. Big bedrooms with airco, sufficient kitchen equipment, amazing views on the valley and the olive orchard. We even got to use the pizza-oven (thank you for buying us the 'pala'!) on our last evening, with spritz and the perfect sunset... Nice trips to be taken to Rome (30 min. by train) and to Tivoli. Definitely recommended...!

Betoverend mooie plek!

Heerlijke week gehad in het huis op de heuvel! Met de gehuurde auto ben je binnen 10 minuten op het trein station en daarna in een half uur in Rome. Prachtig huis, heerlijk zwembad. Alles aanwezig, maar vooral het uitzicht is niet te evenaren. Tivoli op 20 minuten afstand en Palombara op 2 Km waar supermarkt en restaurantjes te vinden zijn. Lekker fles wijn en zelf gebakken chocolade taart stonden klaar! Zeer aan te raden!

Our stay in July 2013

We fully enjoyed our stay in july 2013, although the weather was not that good, with 5 subsequend days of rain in the afternoon. The house is beautifully located on a mountain with a stunning sight. Our children loved the large swimming pool. It was not to far from Rome, so we made some visits to Rome by train. The house is renovated with respect to its history. A slightly minor point is perhaps that some of the matresses were quiet bad (you could feel the springs!), some were good. If the owner solves this problem; it is a ideal stay for us and probably we'll come back!

"This was absolutely a gr...

"This was absolutely a great place with a stunning view over the Italian countryside. The friendly owner has created a little paradise here and provides all the facilities you can think of. It is a quiet oasis and still the trainstation to Rome is only 15 minutes away by car, so you can visit the city quickly but also escape the crowds if you like. The small town nearby is very characteristic with little streets and an ancient castle on top of a hill. We were here with a family of 8 people and had a very good time. Absolutely recommended!"

Einfach traumhaft

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit dem unglaublichen Garten. Von dem Anwesen inmitten der Olivenhaine mit dem unglaublichen Rundumausblick auf die Landschaft, dem liebevollen Garten und dem tollen Pool waren wir von der Ankunft an überwältigt - ein traumhaftes Stück Erde, dass wir eine Woche lang genießen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen und uns bei Fragen und Problemen sehr gut unterstützt und geholfen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, Cristina. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder, auch wenn der Weg sooo weit ist.

Excellente location !

Notre séjour, en octobre 2022, a été parfait dans cette maison: grand logement dans un parc très étendu, jeux pour les ados, décoration soignée ET fonctionnelle, rien n'a été laissé au hasard. Nous étions 10, et chacun a trouvé un espace pour lui. De plus, Cristina répond aux questions très rapidement quand elles se posent, et donne de très précieuses indications (faire ses courses à Eurospin par exemple...). Je recommande cette location, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
