« Amazing amazing amazing. Tucked away on one of the busiest areas of S ATX, was this gem of a stay. Photos of the courtyard and especially the room don’t do the vibe justice. The whole feel of this place was private through and through. Well designed with thought and purpose, they did a great job compacting such a beautiful space into an area that didn’t feel small with tall walls and shotgun style room that felt very very comfortable This is my stay now every time I come back to Austin. « J’ai trouvé l’hôtel globalement très bien sauf :
- dans les chambres le minimalisme est poussé un degré trop loin ( du café, des amenities, 2/3 attentions auraient été sympa)
- le service est vraiment en dessous … une attitude trop branchée pour être sympa. Je suis arrivée seule avec deux gros sacs que j’ai porte seule à ma chambre… soit … mais meme ouvrir la porte semblait être trop demander … à 3 reprises.
- le message de texto du check out est trop familier et peu welcome
- l’espace piscine...
