We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We were in town for a tournament weekend and it was so great to have the pool to relax after the games and lots of dining options nearby. Beautiful setting and the condo was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is a great spot for vacation! It was the perfect size for our family of 5! Loved the balcony overlooking the lake and watching the wildlife! The beach was a short walk away! Looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Loved the 3 bedroom / full bathroom combination. The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy meals & down time & the beach access was close by too.

This place was incredible and everything I was hoping it would be. I could not believe how big and spacious the condo was. Everything was very clean with plenty of towels, beach chairs, and kitchen tools. Cinnamon Beach is also gorgeous and a great place for a vacation. I’ve lived in Florida for years, but never heard of it. I’m very glad that I vacationed there and will undoubtedly be back. I would highly recommend this condo and the area as a whole!

Great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach, multiple pools and great safe community! Host was pretty responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, which was really appreciated! Besides taking walks on the beach, we were able to take walks around the community to see all kinds of different property structures by the beach, which was like going to the museum!

It was a two day boys golf trip and we very much enjoyed Phil’s condo We loved the gorgeous large porch to discuss the days round and enjoy coffee and juice in the morning.

Great condo very clean great vies if the lake prices and food at the grille very high and bad. Once elevator was up and running adult pool was great. Unless you get to the beach early to set up tent it is a bit of a walk. Especially for older folks. Queen bed in one bedroom the frame is not attached and the TV does not work . Screen stays blue. All other beds very comfortable. Very family friendly

Lovely condo! Spacious and clean, thoughtful amenities. It was quiet during our stay, not busy at all. Walking the neighborhood and the beach was great. Saw St Augustine lit up for Christmas and Ostein’s shrimp is the very best.

Beautiful Palm Coast condo

This is one of the cleanest, spacious,most luxurious beach condos that weve ever booked on VRBO. Phil was always readily available. We had a terrific stay and wont hesitate to come back.
