'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Staff was great, at reception and restaurant. Only problem, which is a BIG one (fault of corporate): they do not accept tap to pay (no saved cards, no Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, etc). :/ '
