« Overall nice place to stay for one or two people. It’s newly remodeled so that’s nice. I stayed with my dog and it was nice to walk either in backyard or around the neighborhood. Walkable to pretty much anything you need. Great restaurants all around. Would recommend. Good communication from host. »

« The property was perfect for our two night stay. We really just needed a bathroom and a place to sleep, and this place was just right for that! The beds and bathroom were clean, and the AC cooled the place down immediately. Towels and wash clothes were provided as well! »

« This lovely guest cottage is secluded and tucked away behind the main house. The garden provides a wonderfully private space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the Old Northwood District a great place to stay. Very welcoming host and great communication. Highly recommended. »

« Really enjoyed staying at this location in West Palm Beach. Cute accommodations with a separate entrance. Very quiet and secluded but was very convenient for everything I wanted to do in the area. « We loved our stay. My husband and I had a bedroom, sitting area, and bathroom to ourselves. Our daughter and granddaughter had a nice room also and used the main bathroom. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend! »

« This is a great location if you need quiet and privacy. I do a lot of computer work, so it's very important to me. Everything is close by and very convenient. Good restaurants, sports bars, beach, good bike riding area. Host is accommodating and attentive. »

« The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is cozy and comfortable. There was a snafu with the cleaning crew not coming over before we checked in. However, the host was very responsive after getting contacted. We made it work (the previous guest had left the house fairly clean). Should we come back to West Palm Beach we would not hesitate renting this house again. »

« My wife and I and our Havapoo Snoop enjoyed this "hidden gem". The host Ferney and Geovanna did and outstanding job making sure the accommodations fit our needs. It’s no wonderful why they have earned the "Super Host" title. Ferney recommended a nice live music restaurant (Cafe Centro) that played jazz which is located less than a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The next time we visit the area, we will definitely be staying here if it is available. »

« The location can’t be beat close to shops bars and restaurants and of course the beach.The room was clean but very small cramped bathroom with broken toilet seat.I was surprised there was only enough coffee for two cups.I will try a different room next time or another building period. »
