Apartment located on the 3rd floor, no elevator, in a building positioned between Piazza Magione and Via Roma, an ideal location for getting around the center on foot, within walking distance of clubs and restaurants but in a quiet and peaceful street.



The house opens onto the living area where there is a sofa, dining table and television. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The house has three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds.Two bathrooms complete the layout of the house, one with a shower stall and the other with a bathtub.



Guests are provided with amenities such as iron and air conditioning, oven, washing machine, and espresso machine.
