The apartment features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its different floors to make the most of the available space. On the main level, the living area is warm and inviting with simple yet cosy furnishings, and it opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 8 m2 that offers a beautiful view of the sea and La Maddalena. An open alcove on this level provides a sleeping area with 1 bunk bed measuring 1 x 2, ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. A small kitchenette equipped with 4 gas rings and a freezer is also found on this floor, along with a first bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC.
