Casa Alveare B is a characteristic and welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps five people. From Casa Alveare B you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Alveare B is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a shared patio and a private garden.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Palau, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Casa Alveare B without having to climb any steps.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Garden
The garden is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sun lounger. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a small high window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
