'Excellent, beautiful property , nicely run by the best people in town and close by main attractions . Highly recommended !! Service, food and general condition are unbeatable '

'We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful. The Aircon was good in the bedroom. The roof top restaurant was nice and food was excellent. The building had charm and character. It had been beautifully restored and the furniture was in keeping with its heritage. You need to accept that it’s an old building and isn’t sound proof. If you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by horns and dogs barking. That’s part of...

'Oberoi Udaivilas is an outstanding resort in an extraordinary setting on the shores of Lake Pichola. The magnificent architecture, beautifully maintained grounds and attention to detail create a truly luxurious experience, combining elegance, tranquillity and exceptional hospitality. The staff were a real highlight, consistently warm, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Vikas, the chef, for his contribution to our dining experience; Riddesh and Rohit in the restaurant for their...

'Great experience, staff is really cordial and made the stay memorable. A must visit'

'Property is poorly maintained and the pictures are really misleading. “Pool” was more like an algae pond, ACs didn’t work across all rooms, hot water wasn’t working.'

'Beautiful hotel with an excellent rooftop restaurant and bar. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. From the moment you walk in, you feel very welcome. The cup of tea when you check in and the little souvenir when you check out are nice gestures. A special thank you to the charming general manger Sunil who gave us some great advise about the sightseeings, helped us where he could and told us a lot of interesting things about India.'

'Het was een schoon hotel met heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Jammer van het lawaai tot laat in de nachtelijke uren. Dat lawaai was mogelijk van accommodaties in de buurt.'

'Site seeing places nearby'

'A very enjoyable stay at the Smiling Sparrows Villa. The charming villa is nestled in the middle of the old city and can only be accessed either by rickshaw or on foot. The rickshaw drive to-from the villa was one of my favourite parts of the trip! It is perfect for small groups. There are two double rooms and extra beds if needed. The freshly cooked breakfasts from Bhagwati were lovely and he was very accommodating with our requests. I enjoyed the selection of books left by the owners. The...

'We had such and amazing stay here. King and his family are truly the best. It was my birthday and I just Casually mentioned it. And they threw me a surprise birthday party on the terrace. '

'View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10. '

'Enjoyed my stay'

'Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world, and I've travelled a decent bit. The hotel is amazing, like something out of a fairy tale. Every thing is exquisite. The hospitality is out of this world; lovely staff all around, who go out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible, with the lightest touch. Definitely coming back.'

'가격 싼거 제외하고 메리트 없음. 시트에 피가 묻어져 있고 시트 청소를 꼼꼼하게 했으면함, 그리고 벌레가 침대 위에 있음 자다가 코에 들어갔음'

'We had a great experience there. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful place adjacent to a big park. The staff is polite and humble and helped us in serving special meals for our toddler.'
