'Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

'My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

'Mooie entree. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Hele ruime kamer, fijne badkamer met shampoo, douchefris etc... koelkast. Stil en veilig. Personeel niet onvriendelijk, maar zeker niet vriendelijk. Afstandelijk en zakelijk. Ontbijt echt minimaal, maar voor de prijs mag en kan je niet meer verwachten. Dus geen klacht. Prima om vanuit het hotel naar restaurants, downtown of bijvoorbeeld het leuke en interessante american sign museum te gaan. Prima dus'

'The property was under major renovations, halls look terrible with construction debris everywhere. No WIFI, so no television, couldn't use Fire Stick. The girl at the desk work hard on the problem, after 4 hours the problem waa resolved, she also gave us $75 refunded, haven't seen it yet on my visa. Well not be staying there again. You must make sure your guess have everything they need after a long day of travel.'
