'Room was new staff friendly and the breakfast was good location was next to walmart and some restaurants'

'Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue.'

'Had a lovely time. Stayed 3 nights in a king room ground floor late may 2026. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold. Paddle boats are available at the beginning of June so we couldn’t enjoy that. The restaurant is decently priced and breakfast was hot if you wanted. The highlight of our stay was Koana Spa. Went for facial and massage. They are RMT certified so benefits paid for the massage with direct billing. Ladies were FANTASTIC.'

'Whenever i travel in ontario i make it a habit to visit Stevenson Inn and Spa. This beautiful B&B is tucked away from plain site, out in the country filled with warmth, renewal, peace and quiet. Owner even made special deluxe smoothies along with the continental breakfast that is included with each stay. Highly recommend. Lori Gradley'

'This is an old established resort and it has many interesting points both property and building wise. However you can detect a slight musty (old) smell once you enter the lobby and the rooms which took away some of the expected excitement of staying here. Some parts are starting to show their age and will need replacing I imagine. The rainy day did not help to show its splendor of long ago. We did not get to enjoy the amenities as we were at a family function most of our day and we departed...

'The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at. This one I have to say was the dirties for when I cleaned the...

'The room was clean and lots of parking available. We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked.'
