SPACIOUS 5200 SF HOME is located on the Rim of Manson Mesa overlooking spectacular views of Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Vermillion Cliffs and Canyon Lake Golf Course. Boasting three levels and four Master suites and enough square footage to accommodate your family reunion, there is something here for every vacationer.
Sleeps up to 24 people. * EXTRA CHARGES DO APPLY FOR MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE ($20/person/night)
• Huge backyard! Large lawn, fire pit, basketball pad and hoop system, corn hole
• Executive 2-bedroom Master Suite on the third level with panoramic views from large windows surrounding the entire room, outside access to a spiral staircase down to the deck, King size bed, a second bedroom area with a sleeper sofa and TV, a kitchenette and a large jetted tub and separate shower.
• Fully furnished kitchen, dining area and bar stools for plenty of seating
• Comfortable living room/great room accommodates more people, a great hang-out space for all
• Completely rebuilt deck with views and outdoor table/chairs. BBQ located on upper deck.
• Large family/game room downstairs with plenty of walkouts to the back yard
• 4 more bedrooms including 3 with ensuites situated with six queen beds and additional sofa sleeper beds located on main and lower floors.
• Literally steps off the back yard and through our own gate is access to the Rim Trail, a hiking/walking/running/biking trail that circles the town of Page.
• Off street parking can accommodate 6+ vehicles and/or trailers or boats. * A two-bay garage can accommodate most boats (height clearance 8'6') or large vehicles. Garage is available year round. Street parking is allowed right in front of the home for your larger boat trailer. Please don't park in front of the neighbors homes. Contact us about special parking needs.
• The home allows for up to 16 people in beds plus 4 queen-size sleeper sofas for an extra 8 (additional charge over the 16). Please inquire for details.

Note: We are continually updating the home as we are able. It is not being advertised as a "luxury" home that was built yesterday. In order to keep our prices reasonable, we have opted to update the style in smaller increments as we go. It is an amazing home that we are proud to share.

This home is fantastic, so much room for activities, and great for get together and for kids. The backyard and views are nothing short of spectacular and the pictures don't do it justice. Horseshoe bend is just a very short drive away and was amazing. The house is in immaculate condition, well furnished with seating for all in the common areas and the multiple levels and rooms give ample space for privacy or to get away. Loved it.

We are a family of six couples on our reunion. The house has beautiful view and everything that we need. The host is superb in being communicative and responsive. The top floor master suite has great view. However, the two bedrooms are connected with no door or wall dividing them and they share the same toilet and shower. So there is no privacy. Other than that, we really enjoy staying in this house.

Large home. Perfect for several couples attending a local wedding. It has beautiful views and access to a hiking trail. We sat out back one night watching a thunderstorm move through! Super close to both Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. The hosts were available and came to the house within minutes when we needed help with something. Great communication. Would definitely recommend for large family/group stays.

Room for all near Lake Powell

We loved the size and location of this great property! There were lots of great options for activities in the basement. We loved playing ping pong, foosball, and skee ball. The kids also had fun with the plastic baseball game. The kitchen was a great size with plenty of seating and it was well stocked. There were three negatives. 1. The stove cooktop was slow to heat and difficult to cook on. 2. ALL of the mattresses were TERRIBLE, especially the sofa beds. They sagged in the middle and were not comfortable. I would suggest replacing them. 3. The only shower for the master bedroom was in the middle of another bedroom! We had a hard time deciding which couple could share a shower and bathroom with us! That was a little awkward. All things considered, we loved the close proximity to Wahweap and we all had a great time! It was wonderful to all be together in the same house where we could eat and play games together!!

Wonderful woman’s healing retreat location!

I chose this location for the natural beauty and spacious interior. We all had our own rooms and various areas to hold our classes. We loved the big yard where we did our yoga. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I will be back!

Beautiful Home and View but with Frustrations

Plenty of room (3 levels), nice backyard and excellent views. Plenty of parking outside plus you can use the garage. The front yard and porch area was very inviting. The furnishings where nice except for the mattresses on the basement/Game Room level which is where we stayed because of the dogs and easy access to backyard. The mattresses squeaked every time you moved. Owner is using mattress toppers instead of buying decent mattresses. Probably okay for kids though. Couldn't get DVD players to work. Missing remotes. Thank goodness I brought my own portable one. Game Room TV had a buzzing noise. One TV wasn't hooked up to anything so we used it to watch movies on my DVD player,. We used the outdoor grill which was horribly unstable. One burner didn't work and when we went to clean it, it felt like it was going to fall apart. Also, refrigerator in kitchen leaked from the ice dispenser disfiguring the frig door. If the owner invested just a few grand (new frig, new mattress and definitely new grill) , we would rent it again. Was not worth what we had to pay for because of to many little things that made it frustrating to stay there. 3 nights for $3400 Sept 2024.

Beautiful Large Family Vacation Rental

This property has a lot of room (inside and out) for a big group. Great size gated back yard for kids and dogs with a million dollar view! We enjoyed the kitchen being the heart of the home while groups hung out in both living rooms on the main floor.

Great house but needs some TLC. Some fixtures have mixed light bulbs and definitely In need of new beds most too soft and master was foam on top of soft. We had to switch beds to another room. Very clean and comfortable otherwise. Location and view is great.

What a great house in a super location! Everything is so close and the view out back is spectacular. We were 17 people and had plenty of space. Our youngest was 10. May not be great for babies because staircase has open stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home for large family gathering. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Great restaurants, grocery store and Walmart within 10 minute drive from the house. Host was helpful and hospitable. Laundry room with 2 washers and dryers were great for our large group.
