Incredibly elegant Villa Soulhouse is a refuge for the heart and soul. Occupying 450 m² with a total of seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a sauna it consists of four flats, each with its own kitchen and seating area, and is therefore an ideal destination formultiple families or a largegroupof friends. On the ground floor is a comfortable, elegant and beautifully designed living area with natural tones, equipped with a specious designercorner sofa and a flatscreen TV for evenings of entertainment. Underfloor heating and a fireplace are available for the cooler months. Professionally equipped kitchen with a dining table seating 14 make for a perfect meeting point for the whole group over a shared meal. Sea views can be enjoyed from every level of the house. Even the bathrooms, beautifully decorated, some with double sinks and a combination of shower and tub, offer the views of the Adriatic. The outdoor area is a special story of its own, with a 40 m² heated pool and a children’s slide for the enjoyment of the little ones, also an authentic barbecue area with a sink, multiple lounge areas, table tennis, children's playgroundand a terrace with a large dining table and a Jacuzzi, all overlooking the sea.
With seven bedrooms 14 adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Three baby cots are available.
With its moonlike appearance island Pag is a must see. Barren rock surrounded with blue clear water, olive trees standing for centuries, famous Pag cheese and fabulous pebble and sand beaches are all a part of this natural wonder. Town Novalja offers an active night life. With attractions for all ages island Pag is a perfect destination for the whole family.
For transparency: please account for 1500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pool heating is available with an additional 200 euro per week pool-heating-fee. Friendly pets of up to 5kg are welcome upon request with an additional 30 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
