The PC Beach Cottage is a humble, welcoming retreat just a few blocks from the beach in Pacific City. Simple, comfortable, and perfectly located, this cottage is an excellent choice for guests who want an affordable coastal getaway while staying close to the area's most popular attractions.

Its prime location places you within easy walking distance of the beach, the iconic dunes and headland at Cape Kiwanda, and the ever-popular Pelican Pub & Brewery—ideal for grabbing a meal or a local brew after a day in the sand. Whether you're here to surf, hike, beachcomb, or simply relax, everything Pacific City is known for is right at your fingertips.

The cottage is also conveniently close to the Nestucca River and Nestucca Bay, making it a great home base for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or wildlife watching. With its laid-back charm and unbeatable location, The PC Beach Cottage is a solid choice for guests looking to enjoy the best of Pacific City without the fuss.

About Us:
Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Very comfy stay

Really enjoyed our stay in your little beach house! Had everything we needed for relaxing getaway at our favorite place! Loved being able to walk down to the beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. We would love to come back some time!

Very Comfortable Stay

The house was very clean and well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. It made for a very nice and relaxing weekend stay. It is nestled between Tillamook and Lincoln City, so we were able to visit both cities for some Antiquing. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a small but well kept beach home. The bed was in great shape and the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. Great parking if you drive a truck or SUV with parking for a 18 foot boat. BBQ worked great and propane was full….which I s rarely the case with a rental. Unfortunately, the management of our reservation was horrible. On 9/25 we were informed that we would receive another email with the door code. We arrived at 7:30 PM and spent 1 hour and 15 min calling the management firm, and even a residential broker who worked at the mgt firm as the property manager would not receive any voicemails. After 1 hour a person from the local mgt firm called us to provide us with the door code. The issue here is the there is no internet service with Verizon at the beach cabin so we drove back into town in order to get cell service, get the text, then drove back to the beach cabin. This is why is scored the Communication as HORRIBLE.

We visited Pacific City for our daughter’s wedding. The house was super cute and conveniently located. I wished it had been a bit cleaner, there were food scraps in the sink drains and just little things. But overall it was a great little house and I would stay there again!

No outside water to rinse sand off, fridge smelled very fishy, fridge wasn't cold enough so had to use our coolers for food and drinks. Shower curtain very moldy. Great location, but wouldn't stay again.

Close to lots of things

House was pretty cute. It had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a few minutes. You can walk to a convenient store, pelican pub, a pizza place, and another small restaurant. It was perfect for us. I was glad there were plenty of fans. It was kind of stuffy, but those helped a ton. We would definitely stay again.

The property is bigger than the description makes it seem. It is very clean. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything from oyster knife to blender. The location, easy walk to the beach and surf break. Closer than the parking can be at Cape Kiwanda.

Close to the beach with basic amenities

Great location and easy beach access. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee, a small grocery store, and a few eateries. Bring your own shower toilettes (shampoo and conditioner). Well kept and clean property.

Location, location, location!

Nice little property with a king-size bed, which is always appreciated. Walking distance to Pelican's Brewery, also 5 minute walk to the beach. You can't ask for more!

Great for sleeping

The kitchen, bed, bathroom were great. It's cheap and a block off the beach. No view, and empty street with (quiet) construction all around. Kind of a lonely place, but I brought company. It's perfect if you want to go places all day and come home only to sleep. I wouldn't stay here with the kids just because it's small and rather featureless. Internet works, but satellite TV is all they have and with the existence of Netflix and whatnot, I can't sit through 20 minutes of commercial TV, even after 16 hours of beach hiking. This town kicks ass and the beaches to the north were completely empty for miles. The sand dune is very cool.

This house was perfect for my husband and my dog and I. It has a close proximity to the beach and restaurants in town. The only thing I can say i wish was better was the outside space.

Great area and nice little cottage to stay in

Very nice spot, quiet and just a short walk to everything. We saw deer and rabbits daily out our window. The house was well stocked and very clean. Would definitely stay there again. :)

PC Beach Cottage 123 Review

The best thing about this place is location! It's super close to Pelican Pub and the beach. The minuses are that there is no dishwasher so you'll have to do your dishes by hand. It's got HughesNet satellite internet. If you are a heavy internet user, you are going to be disappointed. It also lacks a hairdryer so be advised of that as well. On the positive side, the bed was super comfortable and the unit was spacious. Overall, It's a great cottage if you want to be close to the pub.

Cute small cabin

This cabin was the perfect size for us. It was nice to be so close to Pelican Brewing and to the beach. Remember to take your own toiletries, the ones provided were sample size. The house is clean and furnished like a "gramdma's" house (good for me I'm a grandma:). The only draw back was having one bathroom with access thru the kitchen. I would rent this cabin again!
